“I have been here twice now and both times the employees were helpful and not condescending. They could tell I am a novice with home repairs and took the time to explain things to me. Next time I will look around the store instead of just getting counter service. They appear to have everything electrical and they know right where to find it. Their kind service made my day!! “Tiny modern two-story urban Target with most the essentials. Plenty of kind assistance. Easy in and out parking lot with half the spaces intentionally traffic-cone blocked. Unknown reasons. Pick-up spots and a few regular spots available the Saturday afternoon we visited. Facilities unfortunately in horrific condition despite sufficient staffing. (We weren't excited about cleaning the Facilities when I was a teenager in retail either... give-and-take I suppose.) Reliable visit.”

Is seems like forever since I held AL in my arms as a child boy has he grown up. We read him story after story every night for his mid fifties while he struggled to fall asleep. “This location is so small. It felt like a 7-11 in Asia! The guy was mopping when we were in there, and then he came to help us. My partner wanted to go inside because he was buying an energy drink. I glanced at the slushies, but didn’t get anything. I noticed they had a lot of baked cookies but who knows how fresh they were. It was way too cold outside.”
“Arrived to buy an Apple Watch for my wife for Valentine's Day. I was greeted and put in line for the next available employee. I was told 30 min as there were only 3 people ahead of me. I have no problem waiting. About 45 min had gone by as I watched people come in after me get helped. At this point I waited to see how long it would be before someone asked if I have been helped or acknowledged me. I was finally helped after waiting for 1 hour and 40 min. An employee by the name Ikram helped me. He was apologetic for the wait even though it wasn't his fault. He helped me with what I need and answered all my questions. VERIZON MANAGERS AND SUPERVISORS - Do a better job or come up with a way to help the people who show up first. I understand you have appointments but no one should have to wait over 1hour and 30min. Especially when there are more employees present than customers.”
