“Mobile Expert Mr Sage Chitwood gave us exceptional service when we were at the Paseo Nuevo store last week. He took the time and knowledge to find the right account for us and phones for us. He also followed up with us the next day to assist us in finalizing our order. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and made sure our order went through correctly. Our new phones will be arriving tomorrow, thanks to his assistance. We highly recommend TMobile at the Paseo Nuevo location because of such outstanding support from Sage.”

“Where else to buy smokes. Smoke and coffee where always my favorite when I frequented both Starbucks and 711 ages ago. Is seems like forever since I held AL in my arms as a child boy has he grown up. We read him story after story every night for his mid fifties while he struggled to fall asleep. One might say it left a lasting inpression on him. You just have to ask his friends so he can tell you about the most whimsical and sometimes but not always scary adventure. We all know! Merry Christmas AL and Co. And a happy new year!”

“Arrived to buy an Apple Watch for my wife for Valentine's Day. I was greeted and put in line for the next available employee. I was told 30 min as there were only 3 people ahead of me. I have no problem waiting. About 45 min had gone by as I watched people come in after me get helped. At this point I waited to see how long it would be before someone asked if I have been helped or acknowledged me. I was finally helped after waiting for 1 hour and 40 min. An employee by the name Ikram helped me. He was apologetic for the wait even though it wasn't his fault. He helped me with what I need and answered all my questions. VERIZON MANAGERS AND SUPERVISORS - Do a better job or come up with a way to help the people who show up first. I understand you have appointments but no one should have to wait over 1hour and 30min. Especially when there are more employees present than customers.”

“The Old Town Goleta 7-11 has recently changed ownership and although the previous ownership was nice. The new owners are much more friendly and helpful. I have been there many times since they took over and its a nice noticable change. The store is more inviting and the atmosphere us more like a neihbirhood bidega than a national chain. A little politeness and courtesy go a long way to bringing people into your location.”

“Thoroughly impressed with the State St Apple Small Business team. Left the store yesterday super frustrated bc my genius bar appointment was 25 minutes late and I waited for an hour to be told that they didn’t have any laptops in stock. Obviously, not their fault but I wish I was told upon check in that they didn’t have any lap tops when I told the greeter I specifically came in to purchase a new one. Maybe something they should check before having a customer wait to be seen- but that’s just my thoughts. Before I left, they did however sign me up to be a “small business customer” which is supposed to expedite customer service/products for small/medium businesses. SUPER thankful they did bc fast forward to today- I just got a call from Naim at the store to, first, apologize and 2nd, completely solve my problem. Because I am a “small business customer” they are getting a laptop overnighted to their store. Thank you Apple State St for going above and beyond to fix my issue!!!”
