Horrible service. Walked in, walked towards the front, made eye contact with two workers jabbering away, and they couldn’t take a second to say hello or welcome me to the store. Walked right out, empty handed. Visited the afternoon of 12/27.

I love this store. It’s clean and organized with clothing nicely displayed. The employees however are the top reason I enjoy my shopping experience here. Each one is consistently friendly, courteous and very helpful.

Love this Free People. Such a pretty store and the employees are super helpful when I need help finding something specific. Always a stop when I'm in SB!
