“Big city futon has been in business for 18 years now and is part of Santa Barbara County sleep shops in Design Center. You are never going to make everyone happy, and satisfied customers usually don't go on and post that everything went perfectly. You don't really hear about all the planes that land safely. “All I can say is, don’t walk, run to the Santa Barbara, Hot Spring, Spa.. I ask myself now, why I have I waited so long for this? This sort of maintenance for one’s well-being, in all aspects, should be a priority, if you have the means to do it. I have only dreamed of such luxury, for about the past 10 years, since I experienced my very first jetsetter LX. at friend’s house. Say goodbye to spending too much $$ on massages.. goodbye to your body pains and hello to feeling more amazing then you knew you could. The jets on these tubs are hands-down the most amazing Jets you’ve ever experienced . Just take a look for your self, try to imagine… you CANNOT POSSIBLY IMAGINE!!!
Now, let’s talk about the service. When I called early on Monday morning, last week, Barry Jones, owner of Hot Spring Spa answered the phone, and immediately offered to come by and see what it would take for me to acquire my tub. He explained the options for the location, materials, electrical etc for the foundation of my tub. In addition, Barry recommended a stellar team, who were able to provide all of the pieces and parts needed for the job, including electrical, wood, gravel, etc. etc. David Perez called me and followed through seamlessly, from building the foundation with wood, gravel and pipes all the way to the electricity hook up!!!?I really appreciated this.
After Barry came over to give me the lowdown, I went in to the shop to find my tub and seal the deal. Tim, Skyler and Luke were all very polite and helpful. Tim took the time to explain so many important details, in order to help me to choose exactly the right tub. He also showed me and carefully explained all of the additional pieces that one can consider adding, such as a handle for the top! I got an umbrella as well?
Now here is the icing on the cake. My perfect tub just happened to be right in that gorgeous show room waiting for me that day and it was hooked up in my backyard within the week!! The whole thing looks absolutely beautiful, and I could not be more grateful to everyone who helped make it happen. Thank you all very, very much!

“They treated us so friendly like family! Their beds and furniture exceptional! We’re seniors and Jack the sales person spent time explaining all what we wanted for a bed frame and mattress. Peter the owner helped too. They even helped with a temporary bed for our bedroom because we ordered it and would be here in a week. I never had such great customer service at a bed furniture store as I did here!!”
“I shop in your store on state street, and I wish to commend your
employee Andres, supervisor on the first floor. I always need help to lift water bottles, he sees I need help, and comes over . People like that are hard to find and even harder to keep, he puts forward that extra interest and that is very rare today, I had my own store and so I'm very aware of good service and the difference in other stores. Please advance this young man, so you don't lose him !
He should have his own store, and it would be a win win for target! I will call your corp. office so this review won't get lost
