“We have been customers at FRB for nearly 5 years, this is the best bank we have ever had. The team at the SB branch is fantastic! Its not just the service, they truly care, they build a relationship. My 2 year old likes going to bank because of the people (and cookies)! Banking is not a thing I usually write a review about, because most of the time what determines a good institution is interest rates, lending etc. Don't get me wrong FRB does well in these departments but what keeps me here is the personal touch, the kind and caring staff, the way they treat every customer whether they have $2 or $20M. “I really liked the bank visually, the beautiful entrance in an old building. I went to other banks in the city center for information and is nothing similar customer service like here in Montecitorio.My feeling did not deceive me; at the entrance to Monesito Christian welcome me very friendly talked about the possibilities and details of opening an account. For me, as a foreigner, it’s surprising how easy everything is, they even made me a card right at the bank! the whole process took a little time, I came with my little toddler and felt very comfortable. amazing staff, grateful to Christian, he helped me with everything, explained everything clear, printed all information I was interested about, helps me carefully with every step. everything was easy. “I’ve been going to this branch for many years and after seeing how terrible the reviews are here, I wanted to post my own review in my experiences. I recall once going to the bank only to return the next day realizing I had lost $100 I mentioned it to one of the Bank employees when I was leaving and he said for me to go and check with the teller and see if somebody turned it in, I thought there would be no way someone would turn it in. I described the bill was unique and had some writing on it that I noticed they went into the safe and found my hundred dollars and gave it to me. I was pretty impressed and now that I go there And I am disabled. I often have a hard time standing or walking after long days of work. They always notice and offer for me to have a seat and hold my place in line for me. I think that is an incredible amount of care to watch over their customers , it tells me that they absolutely notice and pay attention to us. Thank you, Wells Fargo.”

Chase is cool - rarely is there a big line, there is some continuity with employees, and it's relatively easy to have matters looked into and one feels treated with good service. Caeser and Gustavo have years of experience at this branch - providing continuity that rarely is found at other banks in town. When $2 bills are needed, other banks can scarcely bother. Parking ie easy. These days good service is not to be taken for granted - I'm glad to have this Chase branch”
