“I can't say enough good things about the downtown UPS store in Santa barbara. They are so friendly, they are so kind, no matter how big or small my returns or shipping packages are. I'm always greeted with a big welcome. They have the patience level of angels. I've never been in without them having a big smile on their face and always so positive when greeting other customers. 10 out of 10 would recommend and would go there anytime I need their services.”

“I have no idea why this post office has only 3 stars. The staff is great and always helpful (they can’t help the long line) I usually get the young girl working I hate that I don’t have her name, but she’s the best! So polite and always knows how to help me!

“Fast, easy, and friendly! The young lady that helped me was super amazing at multi tasking and super friendly I went for a live scan but I watched her with the customers that had mail and she was great! They have PO Box’s if you’re in need of one too! I thought that was pretty good!”
