They also take the time to organize fun holiday parties for the residents, which is a great way to bring the community together. However, the sound insulation in the apartments could be better. The maintenance team, in particular, Robert is always quick to respond to any needs and ensures that the community is running smoothly.”

“My experience at Estancia has been great, signing the lease to a newly renovated apartment unit at a great price.Management responds quickly and is very helpful in answering any questions. Service requests are handled within 2-3 business days. There has been some inconvenience with both east or west gates being damaged a few times during my time here but management has always been communicative and repairs are completed in a reasonable time frame.The noise level during my time here is fairly quiet and uncovered parking near my unit has not been an issue after the new parking system was implemented. The location of the apartment is nice as well, quiet and safe. Overall, I am very satisfied and had a great experience here. I definitely recommend living here or at least checking the apartment out.”

“Mansion Grove Community has been my home for the past three years, and I couldn't be happier. This is my third apartment within the community, and I'm constantly amazed by its beauty and amenities. From the two pools and gym to the tennis courts and basketball court, there's always something to do. The group dance room and lush greenery add to the charm.The leasing office and staff are incredibly helpful and responsive. Any issues are addressed within a day or two, and they even maintain a small vegetable garden for residents to enjoy. I appreciate the thoughtful touches like Halloween activities and open-air movie nights in the garden.One of the standout features is the ample open space and parking available, something rare to find in communities nowadays. I've witnessed every season here, from the fall foliage to spring blossoms, and every sunrise and sunset in between. It's the perfect place for a leisurely stroll to soak up some Vitamin D.The 24-hour gym and the variety of exercise classes offered five days a week are a huge plus. Plus, the community is conveniently located near shopping, entertainment, and outdoor activities like hiking along the Guadalupe trail.The only downside, which is minor compared to all the positives, is occasional mail theft issues. However, it doesn't overshadow the overall fantastic experience of living here. Mansion Grove is truly the best community to call home.”

“A perfect five star rating for our experience at Monticello! The gated community is beautiful and very well maintained with all maintenance activities such as fire alarm drills, garage cleaning,etc being carried out with prior notices. The units being new are easy to maintain, have modern appliances and there’s a good amount of natural light coming in. Great sound insulation between units and people are mindful of quiet hours in and around the community. All maintenance requests for units are taken care of promptly.Amenities such as the fitness center and great room are well-equipped and kept clean. There are plenty of spots, tables and bbqs for residents to hang out within the community. The overall vibe is very welcoming! The proximity to the grocery stores and restaurants is an added advantage.Packages rarely get misplaced and are delivered either to the mailroom or parcel locker.The staff is professional and helpful, especially Jonathan who has been very supportive all along. Overall, we have had a great experience living here!”
