“EDIT: The office assistant Manager called and set it right. They reimbursed the tow fee of 295$. I’m happy with their response
The complaint:
My husband showed up at residence office and said “I’m a new resident here, so I don’t know how this works —“ and asked a few questions on code for food delivery and guests. And he asked if first floor was for guest parking. We were just told “yes , first floor and at the roof”
We were given zero details that numbered parking spaces are NOT for guest even in first floor. And we should only look out for parking spaces labeled as “guest”.
Unfortunately our guests car got towed and as expected we were stressed & paid a 295$ fine to retrieve the car.
I’m extremely disappointed that no details were given to us and actually wrong information was given to us. I would be surprised if we are the first residents to face this situation.
Actually I couldn’t find a single parking labelled as “GUEST” in ground floor in our bldg. So, the information we were given was actually WRONG.
I hope Santa Clara square can provide better details #1. During move in or #2 provide better and more detailed response when new residents ask a question
Please do better than this. And escalate my request to Irvine management. Extremely disappointed in your services as a new resident.”

They were so helpful in finding a unit for me when moving in, and management and maintenance during my stay has been nothing short of exceptional. Station 101 puts in such great effort to put together fun community events for the whole complex. I was very happy here!”

I recently had a stressful situation where USPS made an error and left my package in an Amazon locker without associating it to my unit. What made it even more nerve-wracking was that the package contained an important immigration document that I urgently needed.
Vincent and the apartment management team went above and beyond to help me track down and retrieve my mail. Their responsiveness, patience, and genuine care in resolving what was entirely USPS's fault truly impressed me. They turned a very anxious situation into a smooth resolution, and I cannot thank them enough.
It is rare to find a management team that is this dedicated to their residents' well-being. Vincent, thank you so much for your kindness and professionalism -- especially knowing I had a trip coming up and needed this resolved quickly. I feel very fortunate to have such a supportive team looking out for me.

“Would like to give a shout out to our maintenance guy Rene for helping us get our fridge fixed up. Had a tricky leak which ended up being due to multiple factors, appreciate his willingness to escalate the issue and get us the help needed.”
“My experience at Estancia has been great, signing the lease to a newly renovated apartment unit at a great price.Management responds quickly and is very helpful in answering any questions. Service requests are handled within 2-3 business days. There has been some inconvenience with both east or west gates being damaged a few times during my time here but management has always been communicative and repairs are completed in a reasonable time frame.The noise level during my time here is fairly quiet and uncovered parking near my unit has not been an issue after the new parking system was implemented. The location of the apartment is nice as well, quiet and safe. Overall, I am very satisfied and had a great experience here. I definitely recommend living here or at least checking the apartment out.”

“We stayed in Normandy Park apartments for 3 years. We created some great memories here. The apartment is spacious and perfect ventilation. The patio view is pleasant. It feels like a perfect home.Only thing I wish there should be in unit washer dryer.”
“Fatima helped us with printing when the printer in the great room is down, which is quite often unfortunately. Also there was a suspected break in in our apartment. It was Fatima who suggested us to install a ring camera. We got the police report filed and the officer helped us with door lock access history”
“Carlyle has been my home for years. I am very pleased with the community and apartment services. It is quiet and safe community, with really good apartment maintenance and overall quality.
In particular, the maintenance team is very skilled and nice. They will ensure a diligent service and resolve the issues promptly and to full satisfaction. Over the years, I have not worried about maintenance issues. Recently Victor in maintenance team fixed issue with kitchen water tap (above and beyond!) which prompted me to write this review today. Very happy to be here.”
