Customers appreciate the helpful and approachable staff, who go the extra step to assist with finding items, such as checking in the back-stock for availability. The store is well-organized, and the staff is kind and provides amazing service. Some customers wish there were more options for men, but overall, COS is a wonderful store that customers are glad to have in the area, and they look forward to visiting again. The customer service at this location is considered better than other locations, making it a great place to shop.

I've browsed this store at least a dozen times and haven't ever been greeted by or asked if I need help by the staff. It's the only shop at VF where I consistently have this experience. I'm in their target demographic and look for well made apparel that isn't fast fashion.

Very cool and talkative employees 👍 store is really neat just wished they had more collections in store. Didn’t end up finding things I liked online :(
