“Wow, what a company. I met these guys in Costco. Their claims seemed too good to be true and they couldn't answer all my questions. So I went to the showroom. I was floored. Seriously, so impressed with the sales staff and the showroom. I had them configure and reconfigure the model couch at least a dozen times. They all answered all my questions and gave me suggestions on how to save money. When the smoke cleared I got 35% off my purchase and got the best couch I have ever sat in. It is kinda weird getting it in FedEx. When I got my couch, their truck was full of LoveSac couches. The driver is all "I get a ton of these". But after I unboxed it and put it tougher, I am amazed. The sound system is the best I have ever purchased. I can literally feel the sound when I turn it on. It emanates from all around me. Then I realized I needed more couch. No problem, I got a new quote with the same discount.”
“We got great service from Linh at Eurohaus. I had looked for a year or more at modern sofas at the SF Design Center and SF showrooms for high-end custom furniture companies. I figured the furniture scene on the Peninsula was inferior so I didn't even look locally.
When a neighbor bought some beautiful furniture from Eurohaus I thought, why not? Oh, my! I had wasted my time and gas going to SF.
We found a wonderful selection, lots of styles, fabrics, leathers and makers. The Italian-made sofas we ordered took 6 months to arrive, but it was worth the wait. They're beautiful, super comfy and I think the fabric might even be cat resistant! (Time will tell, but I'm optimistic.)
The delivery was excellent, and the delivery men took great care checking the 2 sofas out from every angle. They noticed a small issue with some of the hardware, and returned the next day with parts and tools.

“Been on a hunt for a dinning table that sat 8 people or more and bar stools looked around and got ridiculous amounts and they wer not the style we wer looking for and also not even an attempt to help us,mind you we also live in scotts valley so shopping around made it really hard, but when I came into the store we wer greeted right away and asked what we wer looking for and also allowed us to look freely then when we had questions NELSON was the guy to help us, he didn't come just tryna sale us things he was real and also mind you we came in with our 4 kids and also was welcoming to them anyways we found something we wer able to make our own set and we just loved it and for a really affordable price, he also delivered to us within the same week and had them install everything and they wer kind as well, would definitely come back here for more furniture, honestly loved everything about this experience”
