The way he explains each, and differentiates between type of material versus quality and functionality makes you feel so confident that you are being heard and sold a mattress that BEST FITS YOU, unlike other associates or locations that make you feel like your just another sale. George took his time with me, even balancing so smoothly between me and another client who entered the store. He gave me so much good information and insight on each brand and price point! It was a whole process, but instead of feeling timid or turned off by the experience he made me fall in love with every product. I would go back here just to see George again. When I move or have friends who need a mattress he is the ONLY person I want to recommend and come see again!!! He made the delivery happen next day, we NEEDED it ASAP. “Visited this store in the middle of a random Thursday to take a second look at some of the beds under consideration. Mattress shopping is notoriously frustrating because it's nearly impossible to figure out the type and combination that's best for your situation. Add to it the fact that most people only test a mattress for about 5-10 minutes before choosing and it's also pretty precarious. The folks at this store, Mev in particular, were very helpful and patient in explaining and comparing; even encouraging me to try other options I thought I didn't like. couch 3x the cost and an Aurhaus couch which was great and reasonable but not exactly the right size ,shape or color. I read review after review on Whataroom
couches, ordered at least 12 different swatches before buying. I figured if I hated it, the price was so great I could replace in five years when my kids weren’t covered in food. I couldn’t be happier, it’s perfect and the trillium cushions are a dream!”

I came in today as there was a particular couch I've been eyeing for the last month or so.
My experience today was very good from the moment I walked in. My salesperson, Amrisha, spent time with me going over swatches and discussing the different fabric options to help me find what would work best for my space and lifestyle.

“Over the weekend, I took my mom to this antique shop since she loves browsing antiques. It was our first time visiting, and we were so impressed by the lovely selection of furniture and all the cool, quirky treasures throughout the store. We spent over an hour there and honestly could’ve stayed even longer.
The older woman who runs the shop is absolutely adorable, she makes her way around with her little walker, chatting with everyone and cracking jokes. I believe her son may work with her, and there was another gentleman there as well who was just as friendly and funny. The atmosphere was so welcoming; everyone in the shop seemed to be having a great time.
It’s a fun way to spend some time in San Jose, whether you’re on your own or with loved ones. I’ll definitely be back!”
