“I've shopped at Warehouse #2 a handful of times since it first opened. The selection is overwhelming in a good way, and if you're looking for pacific sunwear / vans / zumiez / val surf / skater / surfer/ cali / nyc culture clothes, and GOOD QUALITY too, this is the place to get GREAT quality t-shirts, hats, hoodies, beanies, shorts, sweatshirts, long-sleeve shirts, band-shirts, and overall some really hip stuff for mostly young adult men and teen males. I've dropped a few hundred there so far on t-shirts, pants, hoodies, button-down shirts, and jackets (and even a hoodie for my daughter - there's some girls stuff!) and plan on dropping a few hundred more in time!”

“In general, it is hard to convey how important stores like JC Penney are to a small but populous city like Santa Clarita. I have already extolled the virtues of the Valencia Town Center in other reviews. JC Penney has been an anchor in this mall for over 25 years and I, for one, am grateful that it is still here. The VTC was recently sold and the new owners promise to keep all the good features we appreciate along with adding upgrades and new assets. I hope they can live up to it. This is the hub of public life in this northern corner of Los Angeles and there is nothing like it for at least 40 miles in every direction. I became a fan of JC Penney when it opened in our local New Jersey mall, in Monmouth County where I lived at the time. I was sewing a lot in those days and unlike Bambergers, Bloomingdale's, and B. Altman, JC Penney had a state of the art sewing department that revolutionized hand crafts. Today, I appreciate the moderate to excellent quality of its merchandise. When I need something well made and long lasting, and need it in a hurry, I know I can count on finding an analog of the more prestigious brands at JC Penney. The store is always clean, like most customer service staff in SoCal, the sales team are young, friendly and reasonably helpful. I don't expect white glove treatment, just some efficiency and a smile. I find it here. There are upscale stores I frequent more often, but JC Penney's online and bricks and mortar presence are a comfort, like a well loved slipper or comfy armchair. I hope it stays forever.”
