“I have never used the Amazon return option that Kohl's offers, but I tried it today because it seemed like the easiest option. All I had to do was bring my items with the original plastic packaging and Kohl's would scan my barcode (which was provided by Amazon once I initiated the return through the app). I walked in and was greeted by Lydia at the front. She noticed I had an Amazon box and she asked if I knew where the drop-off was. I told her that I didn't! She gave me easy directions with a smile and I was on my way. When I got to the back, Annie took my items and said she didn't need the box for the future, but she would take it and break it down for me. So kind! She made the process easy and simple. She gave me a coupon at the end for 15% off of a Kohl's purchase within the next 3 days. And she showed me where the tracking numbers for my Amazon returns were, so I could make sure I get my money back. To top it off, as I was walking away, another lady handed me a 10% off of a Sephora purchase through 4/7. I know it generates business but it was still super thoughtful and unnecessary. Everyone was really helpful and friendly. Will definitely be using this option for Amazon returns in the future. Thanks, Lynda & Annie!”

“Went in with ny husband and it was empty. They had a lot of employees, but everyone was working, no one was standing around and/or gossiping and we were greeted several times by different people. In no way did they ignore, mistreat, or make us feel uncomfortable. We are part Hawaiian and very mixed with pretty much every race-- so not sure why there are reviews from people saying they are racist... we felt welcomed so idk. Maybe things have changed?Lots of good brands and prices are comparable to department stores and brand websites. Good place to go imho.”

The selection is overwhelming in a good way, and if you're looking for pacific sunwear / vans / zumiez / val surf / skater / surfer/ cali / nyc culture clothes, and GOOD QUALITY too, this is the place to get GREAT quality t-shirts, hats, hoodies, beanies, shorts, sweatshirts, long-sleeve shirts, band-shirts, and overall some really hip stuff for mostly young adult men and teen males. I've dropped a few hundred there so far on t-shirts, pants, hoodies, button-down shirts, and jackets (and even a hoodie for my daughter - there's some girls stuff!) and plan on dropping a few hundred more in time!”
