“I’m very happy with my visit to Quest! Even though I wasn’t able to make an appointment, I went in as a walk-in around 7:30 AM and was done in about an hour. The nurse who helped me (unfortunately I didn’t catch her name) was so kind and professional—she really made my visit feel comfortable and safe. Totally recommend!”

“Make an appointment then your visit will be a piece of cake! Do be prepared to pay your out of pocket before your blood is drawn. I don't like that part, not because I don't want to pay-- I think it's shitty that Quest makes a Phlebotomist play the role of Receptionist, Phlebotomist, Insurance Verifier, and Biller.
Overall my experience at this location has been consistently great. I was in and out within 20 minutes of my appointment time. The Phlebotomist is the same one I have had the last couple of visits and she is very professional and kind. I will continue to visit this Quest location for my labs as long as I am living in the SCV area.”
