“the samsung rep lady worked with a really nice mgr to get me an unlocked fold 5. I can't remember his name but he was Hispanic with short hair. they both we so great and really worked hard to get me a good deal. in a lot of ways it really renewed my faith in best buy. I love the new phone and was impressed by the service.”
“With the major outage due to the tower in Santa Clarita your new home, Valencia, being damaged, Blad and Elisa were super calm and helpful. There was a large group of people outside, waiting for the store to open and they were just all up in arms. Elisa let everybody know that there wasn't anything they can do walked them through what to do to try to make their phones work with Wi-Fi. but my phone needed to have the eSIM card reactivated because the customer service on the phone deactivated it and couldn't do it remotely. Blad was super got my phone working so I was able to get access. My father is in the hospital and I was a wreck, but he helped me through it calmly, and now it works and I can be in touch with him. These two are truly amazing and great employees. Please make sure their manager Bo is aware of how wonderful they were and are.”
