Not only did they do an excellent job on the repair but they also volunteered to return my rented vehicle to Enterprise for me AND they volunteered to clip on a small piece of trim that we noticed was loose AND they volunteered to remove the challenging adhesive that was left behind from the duck tape that was holding it in place...all with a smile. “The guys at AA Auto Body Shop know what to do, and do a great job! The door of my VPG MV-1 van got pulled out of my hand by a heavy wind gust! It dented the front quarter panel and bent my hinges 🤦🏼‍♀. I called Brian at AA Auto Body, he told me to come by the next day! They looked over my damage and discussed the options and gave me a quote- and in the meantime they spooned out my dent and fixed the door so I was able to use it and it looked good again too! “I can't say enough good things about City Auto and Pedro in particular. After a fender bender, I got multiple quotes from other shops that were much higher and insisted on using expensive original manufacturer parts. Pedro helped me find high-quality, affordable aftermarket options and saved me a ton.

Pedro was incredibly helpful and friendly from the start. He even helped me duct tape my bumper back on temporarily while waiting for parts to arrive. The parts came in the next day, and by Friday evening, they had already painted the bumper and were ready to install it. The repair took just an hour, but Pedro told me I could leave the car overnight and even offered to let me pick it up on Saturday, even though they're normally closed.

This is the kind of honest, efficient, and community-minded business you want to support. They went above and beyond for me, and I'll definitely be coming back (hopefully not too soon, though!). Highly recommend!”

“I worked with Morgan from sales and Kali in finance on the purchase of a new Ford 150 Lightning. Both of these folks were extremely professional and no nonsense. Morgan kept me updated throughout Ford's manufacturing process for the truck, and gave me lot's of great information prior to the sale. Including making sure I had full visibility on all taxes, fees, rebates, and financing available.When I got to the dealership, Morgan efficiently ran me through a couple warranty and maintenance plans, and after I let them know I wouldn't need those, Kali in finance swiftly completed the paperwork with me. She had everything already printed and ready to go, she was expert at guiding me through each place I had to sign, and then we were done!Morgan meanwhile was outside cleaning the windows, installed the front license plate and making sure the truck was ready for me to drive away. He even took the time to show me some of his favorite features on the truck, and then I drove off. “Chris resurrected my 1960 1200. I bought it after it had sat for 25 years with a seized engine. Chris rebuilt the engine and pretty much everything else. Now, she runs great. I've had lots of bad experiences trying to keep other old cars on the road. “Luis and the sales department at North Bay Ford provided me with an easy and smooth purchase of my newest car a pre-owned 2017 Chevrolet Volt. Last Sunday during the wild wind swept storm a limb from the redwood tree in my front yard demolished my sweet 2008 Prius. I needed a car as our insurance company was quick to settle and would only provide a week of replacement transportation. We were first looking at a Prius but didn't like the pricing. We new we wanted a hybrid and the search led us to the Chevy Volt. What a pleasant surprise. I saw one listed over the hill and test drove it. It was a 2016 with lots of miles and issues and no warranty. That night I saw the newly listed Volt on Carfax and it was being sold by North Bay in Santa Cruz. I called NB and Luis answered the call. He seemed eager to help and I was there the next morning inspecting the car. It was super clean, without dings and appeared to be in perfect condition. He asked me if I wanted to test drive it. To his surprise I declined and said to him, "Let's go in and try to make a deal". We quickly agreed on a price and soon I was driving my Volt home. Oh, did I mention that it came with a 4 month, 3,000 mile warranty? I couldn't be happier with the entire experience.”

“Came here on my way out of town to get some new windshield wiper blades set up and Alex was so helpful. I admire and respect the way he checked in with his coworker first to make sure they would be okay for a little bit while he helped me outside to put my blades on. The blades I had purchased would not click in and he mentioned he did not feel comfortable letting me drive off if they didn't click in and so he took his time helping me find some blades that would fit and click in properly so I'll be good to go for my road trips all summer long. “Haven't bought any cars at this dealership but have repeatedly used their service department for my 2018 Tiguan and now 2024 ID4. My recent experience with the 20k service and 91VH software update and addressing a creaking screen has been great.

I've read horror stories about the 91VH software update online where people had their car at dealerships for weeks and some even had their cars bricked. When making the appointment, the service advisor was transparent in sharing that this update is a big one and can take more than a day. They agreed on providing a loaner if it takes more than two days.

When I brought the car in for service I also shared a concern about the infotainment screen creaking and they immediately got their tech to do a test drive with me to confirm what I'm hearing. He confirmed the noise and said they'd see what they can do.

In the end my car was ready for pickup the next morning with a completed software update and a screen that no longer creaked. They had removed the screen and applied anti-rattle material which seems to have eliminated the annoying creaking completely.
