He made sure to walk me through all of my options and explained everything thoroughly. Because of his advice, I actually saved a good amount of money by returning a performance muffler I ended up not needing.”

“We've been working with Rusty's Repair for decades, on multiple cars. They have done routine maintenance, major interval service, AC repair, and various bushings, etc. What a great shop! Highly recommended for your Japanese car. They know the vehicles, are honest, and are kind about explaining what is needed. They won't try to add on services, and while prices have gone up (as elsewhere), this shop remains a good value.”

“Made the road trip in my old 98 Ford van to CA from UT to get to a world cup game. We call it the “ Golden Goose”, even though it’s quite rusty and the gold paint is very faded. Sticker on the back window says “Honk if a kid falls out!”
We spent a couple days in Santa Cruz, and unfortunately the day before the game “the Goose” sprang a major coolant leak and an was also losing oil. We limped into Rene’s lot, and he and Frank treated us like we were long lost brothers returning from being ship wrecked at sea. They skipped their beloved breakfast and lunch just to get us back on the road. They located and repaired the problem quickly and efficiently. We made it to the game with time to spare!
