“Huge thank you to Jason and the guys at Napa! The staff here really helped me out of what could have been a much worse situation! I was aware that my battery was failing, and pulled into the lot to get a new one when my car decided it was not going another inch, blocking traffic in the lot…They jumped me so I could at least get it parked, looked for the best deal using my AAA card, and installed it. To be clear, this is not something that they or any auto store does, but I was in a tight spot and they took pity. Jason even secured my loose windshield fluid reservoir, just because-Made what could have been a bad and more expensive afternoon a completely different experience.”
