I unknowingly had a cracked wheel which caused Costco a bunch of extra work. They didn't charge any extra for diagnosis or to move the tire over to a new wheel I later brought in. Anthony is an absolute gem, kind and helpful. Did my research, glad I took my VW to Costco.
