“Excellent service. I went in looking for a thermocouple/pilot kit for my water heater to no avail. The fine hardware assistant suggested I change only the thermocouple, which he did have, since the pilot was working. I took his advice and my water heater is working perfectly. The whole burner assembly was going to cost me $400+, which was suggested by a factory technician . Ace Hardware saved me lots of money. Thanks again. I didn't get the sales assistant's name, but I was there on the weekend of this past Memorial Day holiday.”
