He went beyond his job description to process my return in the pouring down rain while I waited in my car. He had to run back and forth about six times. “It's impressive how messy it can become. Too bad some customers makes the shopping experience harder for others than it should be. Theft, throwing and leaving items on ground, piles of clothes for the retail employees to work, a great amount of exercise work for them, hurray!! Everybody probably enjoy the overtime pay. To some customers, it seems that they didn't learn how to act properly in public. Some of the issues probably come from corporate HQ, like in other retail stores, they are limited to a budget or ignore great ideas that can potentially improve customers service in the long term but refuse to invest a bit more money in the company like it has no future. Overall good customer service but it could be better.”

“ZoooWeeeMama at first I was nervous to go into tillys because of the pandemic. BUT I'm glad I did I just moved into the city of Santa Maria from my home in Slovakia. I'd say I'm and old fashioned man but tillys had literally everything that fit my character and I couldn't be any happier with the new clothes I just bought! Outstanding customer service from all the employees they were all very helpful and informative they let me knew about the rewards and all the incoming sales. “What a gem. The owners (older couple and son) are always there! They usually have another employee working to help out but that's it. Store is well organized and clean. I've been shopping here for t-shirts + sweaters since high school. This store has not changed one bit! I appreciate their consistency and minimal offerings. I know that when I plan to go visit young's, they'll have exactly what I'm looking for and I'll be appreciated as a long time customer. My only recommendation to the store would be to offer other athleisure options such as running shorts, compression pants, leggings.. etc. Items which are trending now from brands like Nike, Lulu, Asics. I'm sure it'll expand their clientele! But other than that, they're perfect! Thanks young's!”
