“This Macys store is really run down, while I like Macys and they're keeping this store open but it needs more updating and the staff need to wear company unforms as most staff wear jeans, so so clothing when this is Macys, the staff should wear presentable department store clothing like men should wear tie's, slacks, dress shoes and the women should also wear more nicer department store clothing too. Santa Maria is not first class but the store should not reflect the Santa Maria look but the Macys store look. If the staff all complied with wearing nice store clothing, it would be a big plus for this store because I have been to other Macys stores and the staff have dressed better at other Macys stores. So if the manager is reading this, yes please keep the store open but get the store to update here and there and talk to the staff about nicer clothing to wear on the job at Macys”

“The wait was longer than normal but it was the weekend and that's too be expected. I was interested in a item of clothing they had in an advertisement on their wall but they didn't have it available to purchase. It was a hoodie with Old Navy written on the front. Poor advertisement IPO since it wasn't available for purchase.”

“Had to take a hat back because they forgot to take off the security tag, got there, showed my receipt and they removed it. Pretty much what I expected. What I did not expect was to be given a free shirt for having to drive back from lompoc to do so. Love this store! Thank you!”
“Good place to go if you are in need of work clothing and boots. They sell everything from boots to jackets and socks to belts. Good quality brands too, like Timberland Pro and Carhartt. The staff is friendly and helpful, they also give you your space to shop around at your own pace. I highly recommend this place, the name really says it all.”
“ZoooWeeeMama at first I was nervous to go into tillys because of the pandemic. BUT I'm glad I did I just moved into the city of Santa Maria from my home in Slovakia. I'd say I'm and old fashioned man but tillys had literally everything that fit my character and I couldn't be any happier with the new clothes I just bought! Outstanding customer service from all the employees they were all very helpful and informative they let me knew about the rewards and all the incoming sales. “I went into Sephora to do an exchange and buy something today and was greeted by Casper. Wow, was she extremely helpful and knowledgeable on products I was asking about. She’s very customer service oriented and greets you with a smile.
This is the first time I’ve gotten amazing customer service from any worker at this location.
Higher ups @ Kohl’s, you need to hire more people like her and give her a raise! This is what customer service should be like!
