“I had made two appointments to get a new passport and both times had unfortunately circumstances that caused me to be late, but the workers were very understanding and polite. Big shoutout to Jas! Would recommend :)”
“Place is Great haven't had any issues. Whoever this lady that all the reviews are talking about must have been fired. Small gripe: Not there fault but I do wish they had a drop box for when they are closed so i can drop boxes off anytime”
“I don't know what that racist lady Jennifer N is talking about. EVERYONE who works at this location is fantastic and is always incredibly helpful! Super sweet staff.”

“Ive always had excellent service here and reasonable wait time. IDK Why there's so many bad reviews. The place is always well stocked and clean. So far so good n I usually just come to mail packages. Wait only complaint would be they open at 10am and here I am sitting in front of the place at 8am. Hmm..?”
