“The Santa Maria Post Office on East Battles Road can be a battleground as they provide one of the most universally needed services in the world. They always work hard to help people and get out our mail as fast and accurate as possible. They help every person and are super helpful and kind to those in need while maintaining a very professional and reasonable demeanor while working very hard in one of the most high stress environments. I have worked a lot with Ellinore, Andrew and Gabe at the front service desk and they have always been willing to help to resolve any issues I have had. “had such a great experience at this UPS store. The employee who helped me was incredibly kind and patient. I didn’t even know the ZIP code for the package I was sending, and he took the time to look everything up and make sure it was correct.
I was shipping a care package to one of my daughter’s friends who is very sick, so it meant a lot to me that the process was smooth and stress free. He made something that could have been stressful feel easy and handled everything with great customer service.
