He had the "pleasure" of me making my lack of planning his emergency. He didn't skip a beat printing hundreds of booklets 15 large signs and a few other things. He was ALWAYS willing to get it done for me and in a quick manner. High quality work, very quick turn around and all done by a friendly staff. THANK YOU GUYS!”

“This review is for December 23. I had to drop off a package on or before 24 December. The website information was reliable and I found out that that Sunday the store would be closed and so I planned to go on Saturday. The hours listed were accurate on the website and I was able to ship my package earlier than expected. The staff that took care of me, and my order was very polite and explained the process of shipping the item and took care of more out order quickly.Overall review : accurate information on the website allowed me to create a plan to take care of shipping early well the store was still open, and in-store. the great customer support provided the information that I highly value as a customer to take care of my order.”

“Employee number 153774 was absolutely kind and patient with me. I called him three times before I even got here just to find out if I was going to the correct store because there are a couple and two of them were closed because it’s Sunday. He was very patient each time I called, then when I got to his store and the price came up for the shipping, I nearly had a heart attack. Again he was super patient with me and explained the cost and why it was expensive and why the post office would have been an even more expensive route to go , I just wanted to say, despite the fact that my box cost a lot to ship and it was stressing me out, he was very sincere and kind and did everything he could to ease the pain”

“Never had to go to the DISTRIBUTION CENTER. IT'S HUGE. But I did. Concerning my ADDRESS, UPS, couldn't find. So?? My packages were sent back there. Awful!!! Josh!!! The manager, worked with me a half a hour. Showed me the problem. Proceeded to fix it. Greatest CUSTOMER SERVICE. WOW!! THIS is a warehouse. It's all been great since. Very pleased. “The best kept secret in Santa Barbara county. All the postal employees I've interacted with has been professional and courteous...they all have the small-town charm and hospitality. Of all the times I've visited I never had to wait too long. Parking is easy to find and I feel safe crossing the street. The flag outside serves as a great landmark when trying to locate the post office from the Main Street.”

“Sometimes attendants at the desk look tired and act a little grumpy but they have always done their job with a minimal of wasted time.Postal carriers do not like that our homes have letter slots at the door which makes their day longer but the complaints are minimal.”

“I was here shipping a package for the first time December 2 and I was immediately greeted by a kind young man, Nicolas G (after later asking his name), distinguishable by his CalPoly lanyard. He was so fast and kind to help me choose a box and explained to me the different shipping speeds and values and recommended that I choose "express saver" based on the value that it comes with a free box and it would be cheaper than shipping "fedex ground" factoring in the cost of the box I had to purchase. We then immediately bonded after I told him that I was a flight attendant for an airline, and he told me that he is an aspiring pilot and has his basic license, and hopes to go to flight school full time after his time at CalPoly SLO. He was so passionate about aviation and he said his job with FedEx before he transferred was working on the ramp in Sacramento for FedEx, unloading and loading their cargo aircraft and that he missed that job more than anything. After a great conversation, he nicely packed my items, and I think he even put some bubble wrap in there even though I'm pretty sure you have to pay for that! I wish him luck! I then asked a question about some packages that were getting delivered to my address, but not in my name. He wasn't sure about the answer, so he quickly summoned another young lady, Elena, who was absolutely helpful in answering my questions. She was so kind and helpful in explaining what was happening and promised to resolve the issue with the delivery driver. So far, no more mysterious packages have been delivered to my house! I am so so pleased with the service here. Everybody is so kind, and I will be coming here again and recommending this business to my friends, family, and coworkers. I have not seen this level of customer service, friendliness, knowledge, or professionalism anywhere else!”
