The property is always kept clean and well-maintained, and the staff are friendly, attentive, and quick to help whenever something comes up. It’s clear they put a lot of effort into making residents feel comfortable and taken care of. The location is also unbeatable — close to everything in Santa Monica while still feeling like a peaceful place to come home to. Overall, I’ve felt really supported here and appreciate how much pride the team takes in their work.””

“This review is only for the viewing, as I don’t live here… yet ;).Erin called me on a Saturday, replying to an inquiry I sent online, and I just so happened to be in the area doing errands and she accommodated my schedule right away. She gave a lovely tour of the grounds and showed me some units I wasn’t even really considering, but instantly loved! She was working off of my boyfriend and my reaction to the units I was originally interested in and really hit the nail with the others. Erin explained everything very thoroughly and even took the time to email me right away when I asked for some info. Very responsive, effective management from Erin!!!Travis helped me with some administrative and logistical tasks of filling out my paper application. He was very quick and very helpful when answering my questions.Even the cleaning staff was so friendly while I was waiting in the lobby.I feel like Erin and Travis really worked well together and it elevated my experience as a future resident. I’m very happy to have had such an amazing start to a beautiful new chapter at Pacific Plaza!”

“This apartment we rented from Airbnb was in a very nice location and a very functional place. We recommend. However, neighbors are unfriendly towards Airbnb guests. Even though they had no face-to-face harassment, they hung signs on the walls stating that "such rentals are against state law" and that we would be victimized. We weren't nervous.”

“I lived in "The Shores" (south tower) in 1976, 1987, 1990, 1998, 2012, 2020 for 2 months on the 16th or 17th floor, but I only now found out that you can rate the facility. I would like to emphasize that there is a huge difference whether you live here permanently or only for a short time. I have never seen the homeless people mentioned in the other posts inside the complex, in the garage, by the pool. And only sporadically outside in the park. Concierge both female and male were always helpful and I always got the parking pass. No matter whether during the day or in the evening. The pool, jacuzzi and gym are very well maintained and I always enjoyed my stay there. In any case, I will happily return on my visits to the USA as it is better than a hotel. The covered houses surprised me too. Termites are controlled with gas and residents are accommodated in hotels.”
