The staff at the property always made me feel heard seen and taken care of, as well as safe as a female living alone in Dtla
Carlos, the security guard is always taking his job so serious and I respect that a lot and the way he protects the property and residents. Vincent and other maintenance is absolutely wonderful and it's the only time I've ever trusted anyone to go into my apartment without me being home. I've lived at so many high-rises and never felt safe letting any of the staff in my place unattended, I even feel that way at my new place! I never felt this at the Brockman and anyone who came into my unit did everything properly and with care.
But the biggest thank you to Mike who really makes a resident feel welcomed from the beginning to the end and always took any of my needs or concerns so serious and handled things in such a professional manner. Brockman was the best experience I ever had as a renter in Los Angeles and if I could pick this building up and put it down in a better area, I would stay forever!”
“Anna and Freddy were extremely helpful - as they always are - with our packages. Some packages got delivered to the wrong address and they personally delivered them to my doorstep! This is not the first time that has happened and they take it upon themselves to make sure our packages are delivered. Truly appreciate their efforts!”

All I can say is, wow, what an amazing experience I had while I lived there and it was because of the amazing staff.Jack Wallach, Izabella, and the rest of the leasing team, top tier talent within the property management game. They have done a great job not only the amazing residents but even the occasional difficult ones. Truly a great team that was there to help make living at the Roosevelt a great one.Gina and Sandra- two of the best women that made sure the upkeep of the building was maintained. The property is always kept clean and well-maintained, and the staff are friendly, attentive, and quick to help whenever something comes up. It’s clear they put a lot of effort into making residents feel comfortable and taken care of. The location is also unbeatable — close to everything in Santa Monica while still feeling like a peaceful place to come home to. “I don’t live here, I only toured, but I had to come on here to give some well-deserved praise. Although we ultimately chose a different property, El Centro was a very close second thanks to our amazing leasing agent, Iryna.
Her work ethic and knowledge of the property were outstanding. She patiently answered what felt like 10,000 of our questions and took us on multiple tours to help us find the right apartment.
Even though we ended up going a different direction, I truly appreciated her professionalism and dedication, and I wanted to make sure she got the recognition she deserves!!

I placed the service request online, and was delighted to have a service team member arrive at my door within a couple of hours! Mr. Huerta provided truly phenomenal service! He was prompt, professional, kind, and courtesy. He was even gracious enough to provide me a few minutes to clear my belongings before the service work started! “Anara Apartments Santa Monica has a great maintenance staff! I’m singling Antonio out for a wonderful job on fixing the kitchen cabinet doors after our move in. The entire apartment had just received new flooring and paint. The new kitchen doors, however, had failing glue on the edge laminates. Antonio had to search 21 doors and had to repair sections on most! Diligence and skill were apparent. Thanks again Antonio!”

“We are very happy living here. The complex is beautiful, the apartment is lovely, and we’re truly glad that out of all the complexes in Marina del Rey, we chose this one.
While it may not be the newest or most luxurious, it is extremely well maintained always clean, pleasant, and welcoming.
The office staff is amazing and always happy to help. Noach, the manager, is attentive, caring, and very supportive. Vanessa is wonderful and always there for anything we need. The maintenance team is outstanding every issue is handled as quickly as possible and always with a smile.
The complex is relatively small, and most residents know each other, which creates a warm and friendly community. It’s really nice to know both your neighbors and the staff who work here.?”
