“Wanted to post a review since I’ve been having issues with my fridge for a few months now. The maintenance staff have been helping to get it fixed but seemed to be persisting. Finally today instead of another fix they decided to just install a brand new fridge. I appreciate the the whole team for making this happen and specifically Anthony Jackson of the maintenance for being on top of helping with fixes and installing the new fridge!”

The staff at the property always made me feel heard seen and taken care of, as well as safe as a female living alone in Dtla
Carlos, the security guard is always taking his job so serious and I respect that a lot and the way he protects the property and residents. Vincent and other maintenance is absolutely wonderful and it's the only time I've ever trusted anyone to go into my apartment without me being home. I've lived at so many high-rises and never felt safe letting any of the staff in my place unattended, I even feel that way at my new place! I never felt this at the Brockman and anyone who came into my unit did everything properly and with care.
But the biggest thank you to Mike who really makes a resident feel welcomed from the beginning to the end and always took any of my needs or concerns so serious and handled things in such a professional manner. Brockman was the best experience I ever had as a renter in Los Angeles and if I could pick this building up and put it down in a better area, I would stay forever!”

“I’ll be moving to Verdosa soon and the apartments are spacious with really great views. Martin has been tremendously helpful, nice, and professional throughout the whole leasing process. Honestly can’t wait to call Verdosa home!
UPDATE: I've lived here for about 10 months now and love it. First, the concierge is exceptional. Daniel, Asante, Yvette, McCall, and Patricia are always friendly and helpful and work hard in maintaining a pleasant atmosphere for the tenants - thank you!
My apartment is spacious, and the views are pretty spectacular (the photo was taken from the balcony). Very quiet neighbors on my floor. The building is located in a great part of downtown, very walkable with beautiful historic (and modern) buildings all around. If you're unfamiliar with LA/DTLA, you should still remain vigilant and aware of your surroundings, like any metropolitan city.
I haven't used the amenities yet, but the pool and recreational area are very nice and serene. Highly recommend!”

The property is always kept clean and well-maintained, and the staff are friendly, attentive, and quick to help whenever something comes up. It’s clear they put a lot of effort into making residents feel comfortable and taken care of. The location is also unbeatable — close to everything in Santa Monica while still feeling like a peaceful place to come home to. Overall, I’ve felt really supported here and appreciate how much pride the team takes in their work.””
“Ava Toluca hills is an apartment complex I would recommend to everyone I know . Extra mention to the maintenance man Arturo, he was super helpful and attentive, great guy! Leasing office and Management was very nice. - p.s. Scenery is great, Deer, Hills and views. Just beware of coyotes at night if you have pets.”

When my daughter and her roommate moved to Los Angeles for their residency, Salina played a key role in helping them secure their apartment quickly. “I want to give a HUGE shout out to Danielle at Esprit and share my exceptional experience with her, since she truly is one of the best leasing agents I have ever worked with. I'm telling you, this place can't miss, I'm 2 for 2 right now! During our move-in process, we were pretty much sent over to Danielle, who volunteered her assistance even though we were originally working with a different agent. Since then, she has been my primary point of contact for all matters - of course I do still speak with resident services when needed. However, regardless of the issue, she is always there to provide support or point me in the right direction. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and charismatic personality make every interaction a pleasure, and she is a fantastic asset to the Esprit team. “Wonderful community and exemplary service staff! I have been a happy member of this community for close to 4 years and recently required maintenance in my unit. I placed the service request online, and was delighted to have a service team member arrive at my door within a couple of hours! Mr. Huerta provided truly phenomenal service! He was prompt, professional, kind, and courtesy. He was even gracious enough to provide me a few minutes to clear my belongings before the service work started! The repair was complete within the hour and I was able to go about my day as normal, a genuine stress free process! The service staff is just another reason why I love this residence and community. Animals are allowed, which is nice, but they need a better designated area for pets to do the doo.Cool area with pool table, shuffle board, gym, free bikes, kayaks & paddle boards to tenants and guests. Great amenities for local activities.They need better security surrounding the property, there have been muggings nearby.”
“Review for Sergio Miranda Lopez. He came out right away to help with our washer issue, and I couldn’t be more grateful. He quickly diagnosed the problem and clearly explained what needed to be done to prevent more serious damage if it wasn’t addressed immediately.

“Anara Apartments Santa Monica has a great maintenance staff! I’m singling Antonio out for a wonderful job on fixing the kitchen cabinet doors after our move in. The entire apartment had just received new flooring and paint. The new kitchen doors, however, had failing glue on the edge laminates. Antonio had to search 21 doors and had to repair sections on most! Diligence and skill were apparent. Thanks again Antonio!”
