Absolutely thrilled with both the maintenance team at Avalon Glendale! They consistently go above and beyond to ensure that any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. Their communication is always clear, and they keep us updated every step of the way. A standout moment was on Memorial Day when we experienced a water issue. Despite it being a holiday, a team member arrived within just one hour of us submitting a ticket. Their prompt response and dedication to resolving the problem made us feel truly valued as residents.
Additionally, the landscaping team does an amazing job of keeping the premises looking beautiful. The grounds are always well-kept, with lush greenery and immaculate flower beds that create a welcoming atmosphere. It’s clear that they take pride in maintaining the appearance of the community, and their hard work makes coming home every day a pleasure.
We couldn’t be more appreciative of the dedication and effort they all put in to make Avalon Glendale a great place to live.”

The staff at the property always made me feel heard seen and taken care of, as well as safe as a female living alone in Dtla
Carlos, the security guard is always taking his job so serious and I respect that a lot and the way he protects the property and residents. Vincent and other maintenance is absolutely wonderful and it's the only time I've ever trusted anyone to go into my apartment without me being home. I've lived at so many high-rises and never felt safe letting any of the staff in my place unattended, I even feel that way at my new place! I never felt this at the Brockman and anyone who came into my unit did everything properly and with care.
But the biggest thank you to Mike who really makes a resident feel welcomed from the beginning to the end and always took any of my needs or concerns so serious and handled things in such a professional manner. Brockman was the best experience I ever had as a renter in Los Angeles and if I could pick this building up and put it down in a better area, I would stay forever!”

All I can say is, wow, what an amazing experience I had while I lived there and it was because of the amazing staff.Jack Wallach, Izabella, and the rest of the leasing team, top tier talent within the property management game. They have done a great job not only the amazing residents but even the occasional difficult ones. Truly a great team that was there to help make living at the Roosevelt a great one.Gina and Sandra- two of the best women that made sure the upkeep of the building was maintained. “I don’t live here, I only toured, but I had to come on here to give some well-deserved praise. Although we ultimately chose a different property, El Centro was a very close second thanks to our amazing leasing agent, Iryna.
Her work ethic and knowledge of the property were outstanding. She patiently answered what felt like 10,000 of our questions and took us on multiple tours to help us find the right apartment.
Even though we ended up going a different direction, I truly appreciated her professionalism and dedication, and I wanted to make sure she got the recognition she deserves!!

“I do not live here, but I took a tour and had an excellent experience with Zach B. who answered all of my questions, sent detailed instructions for a self-tour (of a very clean and lovely unit), and explained everything I would need to know about Hampshire Place. There was a nice common area with grills and a pool (again, very clean and well-kept) and the elevators were in great working order. People were friendly who I spoke to and asked about the building, and it seems like a nice place to live.”
