The store design in this Tazga store was well thought. The items were matching to each other to help the people to find easier match with top or skirts.

I loved the designs in this store because they give so much possibilities to mix and match the top and bottom. Indeed it is a bit of a dull thing to have same color top and bottom so it is refreshing to have a different color top than the bottom. When selecting the right colors matching the final look is classic and trendy instead of tartsy, even if you use bright pink with right color, like gray or green or brown, it gives just enough of contrast for the color pink becoming less barbie like and more classic with good taste.

“What a epic shopping experience we had in this store! I've always been a HUGE fan of this brand and recently shopped at the AllSaints in Soho/Londontown.That store was beyond decorated with sewing machines 100's of them lining the stairway to heaven :) Kelly helped us at the Santa Monica location, she was aabsolute dream waiting on the two of us. The price points are a bit high at this place but totally worth it in my opinion. The jewelry was a long time favorite in thepast and I wasn't at all surprised that the clothing and shoes were out of this world amazing. When we first walked in a sweet gal named Natalie greeted me and showed me to the jewelry counter. I just had to have the bangles that were marked $168. I had to have them. I was so delighted that when Kelly rang me up it was only $104. Yay! Nice surprise. That's when my daughter found me because she had to hit another storeand she instinctively knew where I would go...My daughter Kiley headed straight away to the shoes and boots section and Oh My the selections were amazing to say the least.She literally had to but 2 pair. She did need a upgrade from the ones she was wearing for work. She has a job in tech that now she has to go in to the office 3 days a week...The new normal having to into the office now. Kiley purchased the loafers and the white boots (on sale) and I got the white boots after I got home! No room in the suitcase...Kelly deserves a major shout out because she was adorable and very helpful to us. I called a week later to ask her to let me know when/ if these killer black boots go on sale. She was a major delight to the shopping experience! There also was a lovely guy helping us as well but I forgot his name :( We were lucky that the store wasn't that busy at the time we were there. It was a Saturday and it was the mall in Santa Monica. Also for all you on-line shoppers my daughter and I both purchased the size 9. We've never been a 9 before butKelly said she had to go up a size as well. There are not half sizes available. Can't wait to go back to this location! I'd you go to London you MUST go to the Soho shop! 10 stars”

“i'm a viewer of tv series "fresh off the boat, a story of the americanization of a taiwanese family who immigrates to florida. their family grandmother matriarch is proud of her chinese culture, and wears asian american chinese tops. i'd admired the look, and searched the source as citron in santa monica. in 2019, i ordered 5 tops to wear on special asian events. the shipment was prompt. two of the tops had a chinese motifs. the other 3, was more japanese. the tops are made of quality materials which are wash & wear. i would order more when i downsize my closet space. thanks citron...”

“Nordstrom is easily one of the best department stores in the area! Their trademark customer service and ambience is still unmatched.

We came in for my husband to try on a Faherty Inlet Blazer and had a wonderful experience with William who was knowledgeable on style, fit and additional color options. Their onsite seamstress Joyce came to help within 5 minutes and also helped fit the jacket to perfection. Such an easy (and even FUN!) process.

“I have to admit: I live in LA for 14 years, and never heard about this store.I am visiting the Santa Monica area once in 2-3 months, specially the 3rd St. promenade, but didn't notice this store.Last week I had a guest from the UK, and she was the one who noticed the store, while we were there on Saturday. Apparently, she is familiar with their clothes, and love them from London.The moment we entered the store, we were greeted by Chris with a very warm welcoming. He helped my friend, and 2 other customers at the same time, with the BEST customer service I have ever seen. He was so kind, happy, nice , helpful, with an exact eye for sizes and designs. He new in a minute which size my friend needs, and the same for the other 2 customers. "juggling" between all the 3 of them, bringing them everything they wanted, suggested new items (in the exact size), helping all of us checking out , and all of that, with a big smile and a warm heart. What an amazing experience!My friend ended up buying a few items, and so did the other 2.Because he told us he is the manager in Pacific Palisades, we drove there on Monday :-) to check the store over there, before my friend headed back to London.I must say - every business owner who has such a loyal employee, is blessed.Chris is definitely working in the store like it was his.Thank you Chris. As a gal who was born in Santa Monica and has seen many stores open and close on this street- this spot gives me all the vibes of what boutiques and establishments used to be like in LA/on the westside back in the day: welcoming, great selection of merchandise, staff that acknowledges your existence and a relaxed shopping atmosphere. The store has a great and affordable selection of clothes, jewelry, and seasonal accessories/gifts. Their selection also changes frequently so there are always new items to be found. “I’m enjoying visiting the brick and mortar shop more and more, rather than online shopping. It’s nice to see all of the shades in a collection housed in one place. Dash is the guy I deal with, and he’s great. I do have to practice some restraint here, because when I find something I feel fits the way I like, every week a new color comes out.
