I don't know about the other reviews and their experiences. Mine was absolutely great! I brought in one bag of clothes and they took almost everything except 4 t-shirts. There was no wait, and lady consigning my items was very friendly. I could go and Shop in the meanwhile. This was hands down my best on signing experience.

I just found out about this amazing company, have no idea where i've been! The culver city store is so crowded i thought i would try this SM store and they were so wonderful here~ helpful and very kind. (Parking is cra cra, but it is sm so...) They bought a bunch of my stuff and gave me cash. Jordan is amazingly wonderful.
