“Rona at Gap in Santa Monica was wonderful. She was delightful, helpful and courteous and knowledgeable. She helped me out with everything I had questions with and everything I needed done was completed with ease. The location here is very clean, orderly and organized and there is a parking lot dedicated to Gap behind the store front so there is no need to street park or worry about paying for parking here. Thank you so much! I’ll be back next time!”

“The Vans store on 3rd Street Promenade is really off the wall — pun intended. Whether you’re after a classic pair of checkerboards, skate shoes, or just a dose of California skate culture, this spot delivers.
The store is spacious, well organized, and carries a good mix of classics and newer releases. Staff are friendly and let you browse without hovering, which is appreciated when you’re debating whether you really need another pair of Vans (you probably do).
It’s also a nice reminder that 3rd Street Promenade still has some of its original California character tucked between the bigger retail names.
Pro tip: Check the back and clearance sections before heading to the register — finding a pair you like and on sale is the retail equivalent of landing a kickflip”
“I came here with a couple of out-of-state friends for some quick shopping. The layout is great, it reminds me a lot of the Uniqlo in FigAt7 in DTLA. It has two floors, every customer service representative is friendly, approachable and professional, and we found everything we were looking for. They also have custom designs on the t-shirts, which you can see and apply on one of their stations, and the final design would be ready for you in about 10 minutes, very nice perk! Overall, an excellent place to shop at, like every other Uniqlo store.”
“I have to admit: I live in LA for 14 years, and never heard about this store.I am visiting the Santa Monica area once in 2-3 months, specially the 3rd St. promenade, but didn't notice this store.Last week I had a guest from the UK, and she was the one who noticed the store, while we were there on Saturday. Apparently, she is familiar with their clothes, and love them from London.The moment we entered the store, we were greeted by Chris with a very warm welcoming. He helped my friend, and 2 other customers at the same time, with the BEST customer service I have ever seen. He was so kind, happy, nice , helpful, with an exact eye for sizes and designs. He new in a minute which size my friend needs, and the same for the other 2 customers. "juggling" between all the 3 of them, bringing them everything they wanted, suggested new items (in the exact size), helping all of us checking out , and all of that, with a big smile and a warm heart. What an amazing experience!My friend ended up buying a few items, and so did the other 2.Because he told us he is the manager in Pacific Palisades, we drove there on Monday :-) to check the store over there, before my friend headed back to London.I must say - every business owner who has such a loyal employee, is blessed.Chris is definitely working in the store like it was his.Thank you Chris. “Beautiful and organized store with more inventory and styles than I’ve seen at other LA locations. I felt welcomed the moment I arrived, starting with a warm greeting from a cheerful associate. I bought a maternity jumpsuit a month or so ago and it was fraying at the seams. I went into the store to see what they could do and they offered to exchange it without question. Top notch customer service. In this era of many competing luxury athleisure brands it’s service like this that really makes a brand stand out. I’ve bought a number of outfits from Beyond Yoga and will keep coming back for more. THANK YOU! ?”

“I’m enjoying visiting the brick and mortar shop more and more, rather than online shopping. It’s nice to see all of the shades in a collection housed in one place. Dash is the guy I deal with, and he’s great. I do have to practice some restraint here, because when I find something I feel fits the way I like, every week a new color comes out. I bought a lotus cotton t-shirt that I was literally wearing every time it came back clean. That T-shirt is next level. Go get one.”

“WOW. This is the best pacsun I have ever been to. There was a really cute blonde guy working at the cashier. He did a phenomenal job rewarding her sus $5 coupon and she got the cutest earrings for free!! I never got his name but not only does he deserve a promotion, but he deserves my friend's snap. My other friend and I found these dope Hooters shirts and my biggest regret is not buying one. I also liked the Tiger King shirt but it would have been funnier if the series was more obscure, and not mainstream. Exploring this pacsun was probably the most fun I have had in awhile after being trapped in my house watching Bob's burgers, a half funny and mediocre show.
