“I was in mid-change mode of a Onewheel tire. I struggled to get the new tire on the existing rim. My board was disassembled and I was frustrated. I decided to look for a solution. I came across Matt and gave him a call. I told him about my situation and he said no problem. He told me to bag everything up as is and bring to him. Within a 18 hour period, my Onewheel was ready and ready to be picked up. He also did a once over to make sure it was in tip top shape. I was highly impressed and would recommend him with any of your Onewheel needs.”

“I travelled to Mexico where I dropped my phone and my screen just turned white and wouldn’t respond. I decided to wait to get back to the US to repair it. The funny thing is it also happened to my brother, however, he decided to try and fix his IPhone 14 Pro Max there, and they ended up not fixing it right. When I first entered the store I felt welcomed immediately. I paid the price to get the phones diagnosed, they told me what was wrong and how much it would cost. Within a week or two, they were both fixed. They also allowed me to question the process of what they were going to do which was very intriguing as a person in a similar field.
TLDR: Knowledgeable, and transparent buisness that you can trust your phone repairs with.”
“If you ever looking for a reason why mom and pop stores are so important, this store is the perfect example. My wife had ordered for me a Hermes 3000 as bday/christmas gift. I received a call from the store though to confirm that this was the exact model I wanted. After a pleasant discussion with Schulze, I realized she had not ordered the correct model I wanted and I postponed this order. The store didn't need to do this as they already had my order, but that just shows the level of service and integrity they exude. I cannot recommend this store enough.”
“I bought my NAD 7250 PE stereo receiver in 1986 and it still works till this day in my secondary room mostly for music but it had developed an intermittent right channel at lower volumes. Found Henry's by googling authorized NAD repair centers and sent it off. Turnaround was extraordinary; under two weeks, other NAD shops had said months. Couldn't be more pleased. It sounds, and the knobs and buttons operate, better than I remember when new. Highly, highly recommended for your vintage gear. The cost was 1/4 what a "modern" replacement would have cost as I need pre out/main in for an outboard amp to run a center channel for quasi 3.2 the few times I use the TV in that room, and to integrate a MiniDSP which acts as my crossover/EQ for my dual subs. “High-Tech Systems is a great, honest and local computer repair shop. Even though they couldn't repair my daughter's laptop, they did the entire diagnostics for free. The laptop had major physical damage due to a spill so it was too costly to repair. They did not charge me for taking a look at it and tell me if it was worth fixing. They worked on it for a few days and they kept me informed of their findings. They gave me the option to fix it but they also said that the cost would be the same as buying a new laptop so they advised me against fixing it. I felt they were honest and straightforward with me at all times.”
“Kami was such a great help. I gave him my projector on Wednesday, and it was fixed by Friday for a completely reasonable fee. He saved me at least $800 in having to purchase an entirely new projector. We need more people like Kami!!!”

“My MacBook Pro was no longer under warranty (AppleCare). Apple and. Best Buy both quoted me a fee of almost $1,200 with no guarantee. I did a little research and learned UBreakiFix also does computers. The reservation system online was the best experience ever. So much simpler than getting in at the Apple Store or even at the GeekSquad at BestBuy. This was less than a minute on their website to book the reservation and have it go directly to my calendar. They were great with the reminders too. At the store, Sean took care of me. Totally transparent with how they work and what it costs. I got the repaired laptop in a few days for less than half the price! Can't wait for my next device to break!

“Ashton Electronics was very responsive with communication and documentation throughout our repair process! Our dishwasher was broken and they were quick to schedule a technician to see how they can help. The initial fix worked for about a week then we discovered that there was a bigger problem with the pump. Ashton Electronics was quick to purchase a new part and schedule a repair technician as soon as the part arrived. They provided documentation throughout the process and communicated very efficiently. “Shoutout the homie Matt, I made an appointment for 8:20pm on a Thursday and he had some other customers when I arrived, he asked me if I could come back later since he didn't know if he would get to me in time before closing after I explained what I came in for, I asked if there was any way that it would be possible and he said there *might* be a possibility, emphasis on the *might*, I let him know I'll wait and if it doesn't happen it doesn't happen, he said he didn't want me to wait around to then not be helped but I said it was okay, he was able to finish with the other customers and still have time to help me before closing! I also overheard another employee tell another customer that there were 2 call outs that day, Matt came through and mans deserves a raise fasho!!!”
