“First thing first, Hank was awesome! I don't post reviews but had such a positive experience finding my new Cal King mattress that I wanted to pay it back to Hank and acknowledge his professionalism and willingness to get me the best deal possible. I decided to get the Puffy Royal Hybrid and an accompanying adjustable bed frame, both of which I love. I personally like the sink in feeling of memory foam and the Puffy just felt right from the first second I laid on it. Also, the adjustable frame is solid and I didn't realize how much I'd appreciate the ability to change positions. Hank was very knowledgeable about all the latest technology across different mattress styles and has a longstanding history in the industry. His willingness to work with me on pricing was greatly appreciated; let's just say he offered the best deal I could find across numerous stores I went to by a long shot! The delivery team was also super reliable and set up everything with white glove service. You really can't find a better store in town. Just show up and have them set you up with your dream bed!”

“I needed a Queen mattress for our spare bedroom. Jared was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products he offered. I thought and assumed I would need a box spring and in fact I did not..he did not try and sell me on anything I did not need which I appreciated. I got an amazing queen mattress at a reasonable price. My mother-in-law who slept on the mattress first during her visit LOVED it. Great experience including the delivery. They even took away my old mattress and for free! Thank you, Jared's mattress!”

“If you need a mattress, go see Derek the manager of this store. He was super knowledgeable, stayed within our price range and kept showing us options and choices. He knows all about mattresses and beds. He didn't try to sell us something we didn't need or want. I was surprised to learn that their salespeople go through hundreds of hours of training to learn all about mattresses before they can help a customer. It's rare these days that a company puts their people through that type of training. But it was evident in our experience with Derek. A great store, not overwhelming, and they really explain all their products and how mattresses are made.”

We have decided to go to hangar as this our favorite place we have a couple of accent pieces purchased in the past. We are so happy with our new furniture, the quality is outstanding, we didn’t have to wait 4 to 6 weeks to have them delivered which is a huge plus all other places had a super long wait time. But if you have the budget, they are professional, trustworthy, and stand by their products like no other. And they do have sales. If you're sitting for eight hours a day at work, get an Aeron or other great chair from DWR. You will be happy.”

“We purchased a mattress today. But it was not just any mattress—it was an Avocado! (In case you’re wondering, how anyone can sleep on an avocado, well, a few years ago I did try that and I learned to never drink more than two margaritas a week.) To sleep in an Avocado is easy—as long as it’s an Avocado mattress! We stopped by the store on Montana and were greeted by Julia. (Hope I spelled that right.) What a pleasure it was to work with her. I had a lot of questions. I had read the Consumer Reports review. (I love Consumer Reports! And they give great reviews of the Avocados—but they only talk about two of those offered for sale. And there are a lot more that deserve mentioning.)I had been shopping for two months. Watched Youtube videos on types of mattresses, and various manufacturers, and visited many stores.I quizzed Julia pretty extensively and she is very knowledgeable and polite and patient.As for the beds—they are so comfortable. I thought they were made from the wings of angels but they would never do such a thing like a harm an angel. Or anything else. They are very green.Back to the beds. The beds are great, the pillows are great, and the beds are guaranteed for twenty-five years so I plan on willing it to my Aldabra tortoise. (They live to be 150 years so he will get a lot of use out of it. Maybe I should leave him some extra cash so he can purchase another one. He will be 100 next year so he might need at least one more.) But the one i purchased will provide comfort and a great night’s rest for the rest of my life. What a way to go.Hugs and Peace.”

“I bought a special type of back pillow from the Santa Monica Relax the Back store at 2519 Wilshire Blvd, Santa Monica 90403. The "Sales Consultant", Dan Doherty, was very helpful and honest about what would be helpful and what was unlikely to be helpful. I've gone to many stores for devices to help me live with my herniated disc and other spinal problems. His advice was tremendously useful to me and helped me heal when other stores merely tried to sell me things that wouldn't help and had no advice. Dan didn't try to oversell. On the contrary, he tried to save me from buying what I didn't need and what wasn't likely to help. I'll buy at that store again when I need something. I'm available to answer questions.”

“This is an update to my purchase. The delivery was super fast and I was surprised it got here so quickly. You have to air out the LoveSac for several days and keep rolling it out and puffing it out like what the directions states. Take a look on YouTube on directions on how to put the cover on since the directions it comes with is not clear so it's not frustrating. The Sac has latches you tie to the cover like a shoe lace so make a double knot so it stays on. You will need a friend to help. Once it's attached Keep rolling and zipping! Once we watched the video by the founder it was super easy and quick to put on!I absolutely love it! It's so soft and comfortable like sleeping on a cloud. 3.5 instead of 5 because I expected a follow up call on some help or tips on how to put the cover on and didn't receive a call back. A simple suggestion to watch the video will raise the bar on putting the cover on which relieves the anxiety. Over all great value. So happy I picked this for my living room space. It really opened it up!”

“Part of my review is based on the staff. Immediately upon entering, I was welcome graciously by staff willing to help. Their furniture is nice quality. Some of the couches that I did like will not fit their my narrow doorway so I have to continue shopping to find the right sizing. The staff upstairs was also very helpful giving me her card as she did interior design for the store. The warm welcoming would bring me back even though they are a little on the high side. I have friends that live for pottery barn so having customer service that is inviting, helpful and warm is much appreciated. Their neighbor btw west Elm is very low end and un-welcoming to customers! A big win for me, "Go Pottery Barn" definitely higher quality furniture!”

I strolled in to browse with a friend because she was in the market for new dinnerware however, I ended up walking out with purchases of my own. I had to luxury of experimenting and styling throw pillows in this store, on a couch with a similar color scheme as my own. The freedom and encouragement to do some made a world of difference.I took a few photos, walked out to grab a bite to eat, then strolled into the pottery barn (don't waste your time). After being underwhelmed I walked back into West Elm and purchased those same throw pillows.The customer service here is unmatched and greatly influenced my decision to pull the trigger.
