My father in law, who is unfortunately in the latter stages of a fight with liver cancer, came to her in desperation. Motivated to try any and all routes to fighting back, she gave a clear and concise plan of attack! He was given all the best in supplements, nutritional resources, reading, and much more. Dr. Chilkov can come off a bit blunt, but her methods do not harbor procrastination or excuses. If you want to make an extreme life change to save your life, she is the person to seek. Although it would be nice if her front desk receptionist/employee may need work on their communication skills, it should not stop you from seeking out Dr Chilkov. Let's face it, you're not there for the receptionist, right? Get the REAL help you need! Not the lying, bullsh*t western medicine doctors that are only trying o make more money from chemo pharmacy companies!! Those money grabbers have No interest in saving lives, just lining their own pockets! Dr Chilkov is THE BEST at what she does! REAL Medicine!!”

“The lab opens at 7am. I arrived at 6:50am and waited which was not a problem. Once inside, the machines to check in were not turned on, but after a few minutes the machines turned ON at 7:03am ,so I checked in.

Tip: when asked on the Check In machine, only select 1 reason for the visit , not 2, otherwise your Check In will not be registered. I had to wait until a person arrived at the front desk to ask why I couldn't complete checking in, then suddenly, my phone # was in LINE on the monitor!

When I was called back for my blood drawn, I told the staff, I also need to also leave an urine sample. This was when I learned the Check In software can only handle 1 reason for the visit. Because I selected 2 things that needed to be done, the software couldn't handle it and booted me off. Bottom line, the staff made a label for me and gave me a canister and instructions. So if you have more than just a blood draw, just select blood draw and tell the staff you have another thing you need to do..

Overall this visit was fast and easy, except for the snafu on Checking In without any staff assistance.”

“Probably my best draw in a long time The technician was efficient and super gentle. I think she said eighteen years of service and it showed in her skill. Made the appointment online. Checked in online and had minimal wait time or contact with the front desk who was professional and courteous. Like other reviewers, I had an appointment cancelled last week the night before and had to reschedule. Although inconvenient, I’d prefer to reschedule over showing up on time to a long wait and crowed office.”
