“I really like Dr Pan. He is very kind and knowledgeable and I feel like he really listens to my concerns. I never feel rushed when I take my kitty to see him (and I’ve been taking him a lot since Dec 2023 bc he is battling FIP).The reception staff is friendly.My only issue is that there seems to be long wait times even when you’re in the exam room . This clinic seems very busy so I wonder if there’s a staff shortage (or maybe bc the doctors talk thoroughly to each client as I mentioned above). I’m usually there at least 2 hrs. I think I’ve only been out of there within the hr one time”

“Thank you to the women of VCA for taking care of my fur baby on such short notice. I called this location, because my regular vet was closed, immediately after my dog got an eye injury during a routine grooming appointment and the staff here was super friendly, attentive, efficient and transparent. They were able to see us immediately and took good care of him.Puffy and I are grateful.”

I was able to schedule my cat for a sick appointment in <24 hours from calling even though we were new to the clinic.The entire team was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Dr. O’Donnell was patient and thorough. At the end of our appointment, we were provided with transparent pricing and a menu of care options. The team followed up on the date promised with the results of some testing and helped us plan next steps.To go above and beyond, the team even cleaned my pet’s carrier when he got sick in it during the appointment.Incredible experience and the treatment plan worked well - he is on the mend!”

“Have had the good fortune of taking our dogs past and present to some great veterinarians, eye specialists and teeth specialists included. This clinic is top notch. Compassionate, skilled and exceptional business ethics with respect to fair costs per services rendered The front of house staff are dedicated, welcoming and astute. The English Doc who has cleaned our dogs teeth is quite simply, just good at what he does. You either own it with pride, no matter what you do in life. Or don't do it and choose another line of work. This English Doc owns it with pride and cares about each and every animal he aims to make more comfortable, healthier and just slap happy! Love this place. A no brainer for teeth care.”

I had recently adopted a 7.5 year old dog and brought him in for a full exam. Dr Hernández was very pleasant and seemed to really care. She did recommend a few products which others could see as an upsell but I felt they were logical recommendations based on my dog's health concerns. I also thought the office staff in the front was just fine. This place is worth a try; don't be scared by the 1 star reviews.”

“Dr. Cannon is the best veterinarian! I took my limping dog to her and she was incredible. She spent several minutes acquainting herself with my dog to make sure my dog felt comfortable. Then, she examined my dog very gently and found some things to discuss with me. She explained the potential problems with my dog both very technically, and in layman’s terms. You can tell, she is very smart!!! She then laid out my options very honestly and gave me time to decide what I thought was best for my dog. I felt completely cared for and trust her professional opinion completely. I am so happy that I found an honest veterinarian that makes me and my dog so comfortable. If you have any concern about your furry friend, please go see her! She made me feel much better about my dog’s diagnosis, and most importantly, made my dog feel better!!”

“Everyone that works here is super friendly & upbeat! I always feel like I am walking into a positive environment & we do a lot of trips here for our Bearded Dragon & Fish needs! Charles ~ The Real Aquaman - as I call him - has changed my fishtank management life w his phenomenal advice on how to keep it clean & give me a life back not having to clean the heck out of it each month! He is so sweet & it's always a highlight for me when he's there & we can have a hug & a chat! “This was our primary vet for our two cats, Boiler and Zeus, prior to moving to Europe. The staff is incredible and extremely helpful when it came to our two fur babies. They keep a detail record history and, to our surprise, will even take medical records from vets overseas and our European Pet Passports. The staff did a great job in terms of keeping us up to date with vaccinations and other treatment plans.We miss them! We highly recommend if you live in the area.”
