The pharmacy window is confusing, as an express pickup sign does not function there. Their computer system can be glitched with certain prescriptions, requiring them to order medications or reach out to doctors, so planning days ahead and using auto refill online is advised. Some customers with medical conditions that prevent long standing find the environment difficult and suggest the pharmacy needs two lines or accommodations for the disabled. Pharmacy hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 9pm, with limited hours on Saturday and Sunday.
The pharmacy is severely understaffed and always busy. Management needs to hire more people for the pharmacy dept! I feel badly for those that work there, it is clear they are overworked. Hold times on the phone are ridiculously long and when you do get connected they put you on hold again and forget to pick it up….

I have just discovered Walgreens, 1932 Wilshire Blvd. I was totally unfamiliar with the store. I will be returning. It was such a pleasant experience: helpful staff, calm, peaceful environment; spotlessly clean and well organized.

Horribly managed pharmacy dept. I had an appt for a shot earlier but they turned us away because the pharmacist giving the shot was not there (even though they allowed us yo make the appt). Came back later and waited over an hour to get the shot.
