“I just wanted to give a shout out to this business for their great customer service. I unfortunately had to reorder my daughter’s soccer uniform because someone stole her soccer bag containing her brand new uniform. After I placed my order, I got a phone call to confirm that my order was correct and not an accidental reorder since I had already placed an identical order the week before. They went above and beyond what they needed to do and I really appreciate a local business that care about their customers and not just about making a buck.”

“We went to get cleats for my kid. The staff greeted us as we walked in, inquired about our visit and assisted us immediately with finding the right cleats in the right size. The staff member that got them for us seemed a bit busy with other work but the other staff members were around so if we had any questions or wanted more help I'm sure they would have assisted us. We ended up getting the cleats, chin strap, mouth guard and case as well. Oh and can't leave without getting the electrolyte gum lol”

“A lot of sport shoes .I had a hard time founding leather dressy shoes even that there is so many available items.My other problem was that it is hard to find w or ww shoes for wide feet .Regular shoe styles are available and very nice shoes.”

“I just discovered that Lulu had outlets and it might be the best thing that's happened to me. I'm not sure if I just came in a good day but I left with a lot!After talking with some of the staff, it sounds like they get new stuff in almost daily and their sales change daily as well. The staff all were noticeably nice. I only got the name of one staff member and they called him "T". He was helping me out in the dressing room and seemed just as hype as I was for discovering this place.
