I ordered a pair of boots that were on a mega sale, when i had not received shipping info after a week i contacted BTO on the phone, surprisingly a real person answered right away, no menu, not bots. I was informed unfortunately that although my payment went through a few other people had ordered at the same time and the boot i ordered was out of stock. Frustrated at first, the sales rep swapped my order with a similar boot and discounted it almost to the price of the one i ordered. Hard to find a mainly online sales company that actually has real customer service nowadays. Will continue buying from them.”

“Dicks was big, and pretty clean. Higher end sporting goods. Although they seem to have a large selection and plenty of inventory. They didn’t have anything I was interested in buying. They had lots of types of things i would normally buy , but nothing I wanted to buy. Maybe it’s just me.
Large, higher end sporting good stores with almost the same business model have not lasted and have since closed their doors or were swallowed up by Dicks. (Sports Authority, Sports Chalet) I hope Dicks has a back door plan.”
