“Time for FIFA and we have been looking everywhere for many team jerseys. The customer has been poor elsewhere. From not knowing much about the teams that are playing or just not caring to look for us. The reply as been "that's all we have and they walk away". That alone is not enough for us to buy there. After searching, we finally came across this soccer store in Oxnard, Soccer King. 1. Eric had great customer service over the phone. He was the deciding factor to drive all the way there. 2. Met his father Hector. Easy man to speak to, he's welcoming and offers all the help he can offer. He looked around his inventory making sure the list of jerseys were completed on our end. He had a great sense of humor. 3. Staff, they maintain that old school professional management with the friendly attitude and attentiveness. We just finished speaking to Ramon and he demonstrated the same customer service. Soccer King THANK YOU for helping us display our team spirit for the many teams we as fans support and making 2018 FIFA the best for us. Much obliged, Hayden Luke”

“I just wanted to give a shout out to this business for their great customer service. I unfortunately had to reorder my daughter’s soccer uniform because someone stole her soccer bag containing her brand new uniform. After I placed my order, I got a phone call to confirm that my order was correct and not an accidental reorder since I had already placed an identical order the week before. They went above and beyond what they needed to do and I really appreciate a local business that care about their customers and not just about making a buck.”
“Dicks was big, and pretty clean. Higher end sporting goods. Although they seem to have a large selection and plenty of inventory. They didn’t have anything I was interested in buying. They had lots of types of things i would normally buy , but nothing I wanted to buy. Maybe it’s just me.
Large, higher end sporting good stores with almost the same business model have not lasted and have since closed their doors or were swallowed up by Dicks. (Sports Authority, Sports Chalet) I hope Dicks has a back door plan.”
