Terrible customer service, not reliable at all! They canceled my reservation the same day as the pick up day and left me with no options! I missed my flight from San Francisco due to their irresponsible action! BE AWARE, THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE!

Small, clean and convenient. The gentleman working was pleasant and professional.Easy to find, the entrance is on the right just before the pretty blue Santa Rosa Seafood Company building. (I wonder who put those two together?) though the constant gulls must ensure someone steady work washing the rentals.)

Rent from this office very often (at least 3 or 4 times a year). I've never been disappointed. It's a small office so I sometimes need to wait but very professional with good staff.
