“I accidentally locked my bag in the rental car when I returned it early Monday morning. I had already dropped the keys in the drop box by the time I realized. The Enterprise desk wasn’t open yet, so I had to leave the bag in the car and take my flight.
Fortunately, I managed to get in touch with them once they opened, and they were incredibly helpful in recovering my bag and getting it back to me. The customer service reps and managers provided me with regular updates throughout the process.
I lost the bag on Monday, and it arrived to me on Thursday via UPS at my home. I want to express my gratitude to the Enterprise team at STS for their exceptional assistance!”

“I thought we were in trouble when our enterprise reservation was made for 2 weeks out! Everyone was sold out and we had no plan B. Daniel waived us over kindly after seeing us standing in the Hertz line. Right away made us feel at ease when he mentioned he had a car for us. Very professional and attentive he even gave us a discount even though rates were high because everyone was sold out. We stood there and chatted a while and he recommended some great wineries! He gave us a free upgrade into a Audi Q5 when we mentioned we were there for our anniversary. Thanks Daniel and Ace! We will definitely be returning to Ace for our next trip!”

“Freeman Toyota service has honestly been pretty solid for warranty work so far.
First of all, free WiFi and coffee? Underrated.
Appointments have been easy to schedule, and every time I’ve called, the process has been simple. The team has helped with issues, and overall things have gone smoothly, which is not always something you expect when dealing with car service.
Now, the plot twist: car AC smelled really bad.
They promised to take care of it, but unfortunately it came back after a few days.
At this point, every time I drive, I think about Freeman Toyota… mostly because the smell reminds me. I’d prefer to think about them while driving a fresh-smelling car.
Overall, the service has been really good, so I’m hopeful they’ll help get this solved for good on my next service appointment.

I walked across the road from Santa Rosa Transmission Car care and rented a vehicle with No hassle and I was able to return vehicle earlier than expected and Rene was fast with the return and a refund for early return.
