“I accidentally locked my bag in the rental car when I returned it early Monday morning. I had already dropped the keys in the drop box by the time I realized. The Enterprise desk wasn’t open yet, so I had to leave the bag in the car and take my flight. Fortunately, I managed to get in touch with them once they opened, and they were incredibly helpful in recovering my bag and getting it back to me. The customer service reps and managers provided me with regular updates throughout the process. I lost the bag on Monday, and it arrived to me on Thursday via UPS at my home. I want to express my gratitude to the Enterprise team at STS for their exceptional assistance!”

“Freeman Toyota service has honestly been pretty solid for warranty work so far. First of all, free WiFi and coffee? Underrated. Appointments have been easy to schedule, and every time I’ve called, the process has been simple. The team has helped with issues, and overall things have gone smoothly, which is not always something you expect when dealing with car service. Now, the plot twist: car AC smelled really bad. They promised to take care of it, but unfortunately it came back after a few days. At this point, every time I drive, I think about Freeman Toyota… mostly because the smell reminds me. I’d prefer to think about them while driving a fresh-smelling car. Overall, the service has been really good, so I’m hopeful they’ll help get this solved for good on my next service appointment. Hopefully I won’t need to update this review later.”

“I thought we were in trouble when our enterprise reservation was made for 2 weeks out! Everyone was sold out and we had no plan B. Daniel waived us over kindly after seeing us standing in the Hertz line. Right away made us feel at ease when he mentioned he had a car for us. Very professional and attentive he even gave us a discount even though rates were high because everyone was sold out. We stood there and chatted a while and he recommended some great wineries! He gave us a free upgrade into a Audi Q5 when we mentioned we were there for our anniversary. Thanks Daniel and Ace! We will definitely be returning to Ace for our next trip!”

“We needed a truck to quickly move items from a storage unit. Staff was very matter of fact, efficient, and helpful. They recommended a van when trucks weren't available, price was good. Everything proceeded well with no hitches - full tank, quick walk around, and efficient and timely return. One thing is Google Maps has the entry on the wrong street. Enter from Santa Rosa Avenue. The shop was spartan, downright dirty restroom but functional. They do not allow after hours drop off returns and no key drop. The neighborhood is industrial and didn't appear to be the safest. Overall, a good experience, with excellent service.”

“I've used Zipcar for 15+ years, and always find the cars clean & working well. Great customer service, too. I almost always get a live human within 30 seconds of calling, and they always solve my problems well, sometimes even when it's my own fault (e.g., helping me unlock the car after I've gone over the deadline and shouldn't have access anymore, so that even though there's a late fee, I can at least extend the reservation and drive home!) Got rid of my car because there were always several Zipcars closer to my house than I could ever park my own car!”
