“Wish I could give 6 stars! We had a break-in with our rental car from the SFO airport during a very busy period last week and we were looking to swap cars. The manager (Jason) could have not been more helpful and was able to get us into another vehicle during a very trying time. We had lost many thousands of dollars worth of items from our rental car and he could not have been more understanding or accommodating. Thanks so much!”

“I have been going to Freeman Toyota to have my RAV4 serviced for a couple of years. I switched to them after I had a horrific experience at another Toyota dealer in Sonoma County. I have been very happy with them. Johnny G, Service Advisor, is great to work with. They are courteous, efficient and competent. I had my brakes done recently for a fair price. I would definitely recommend them for Toyota service.”
“I thought we were in trouble when our enterprise reservation was made for 2 weeks out! Everyone was sold out and we had no plan B. Daniel waived us over kindly after seeing us standing in the Hertz line. Right away made us feel at ease when he mentioned he had a car for us. Very professional and attentive he even gave us a discount even though rates were high because everyone was sold out. We stood there and chatted a while and he recommended some great wineries! He gave us a free upgrade into a Audi Q5 when we mentioned we were there for our anniversary. Thanks Daniel and Ace! We will definitely be returning to Ace for our next trip!”
