Their customer service is no existent. We’ve been out of service for 3 days, I’ve called 5 times and no one has ever called me back. The recording always states there are no internet outages anywhere, when clearly there are outages.Very close to canceling service.

WARNING... I highly recommend not using or working with this company! Nothing but terrible service, accounting, quality & speed etc. Don't waste your time!One and a half years of pain and suffering. Terribly managed company. There are many other superior options...

No internet for a month and a half.No one calls back.First it's the tower, then , oh no it's your trees. Then radio silence.I would highly not recommend..
