He called customer service himself, pushed through roadblocks, and even escalated the matter to management, refusing to take no for an answer. While the issue itself couldn’t be resolved that day, Carlos’s dedication was unwavering. On top of that, he found ways to reduce my bill to better suit my needs. His customer service is top-tier—he’s exactly the kind of person you want in your corner. If you ever need help at Verizon, I can’t recommend Carlos enough!”

After calling to report the problem, Lesli called me back the next day and scheduled a technician to come out and have a look. Alex came within a few days and diagnosed the problem! He explained what had caused the issue and what he did to fix it, and encouraged me to reach out again in the future if it were to happen again.
