“The service they provide benefits all of us as well as the animals. Such wonderful folks who work and volunteer at the facility. If a feral colony of felines is near you they can help you manage them.”
“Great staff. Easy process. I highly recommend. They removed and destroyed three hard drives for me and recycled/repurposed everything else. So grateful I found this business.”
“Goth nights and the mini raves are really fun and always have cool people, dancers, and the hosts/owners are always down to clown too. Great community that hosts great local music and events.”

“The TSA has always been there for communities around the world. Always the same. Always reliable, always with a heart for those in need. 85 cents of every dollar contributed to the Salvation Army goes to helping those in need from disasters to changing lives from addiction. To seniors in need of food to supplement their fixed incomes to kids that need supplies for school. Thank God for the Salvation Army.”
“We are so grateful for the Tool Library! We have used it a few separate times, and it has been such a great resource to save buying tools that we use infrequently and for specific projects. Thank you!”
“A bountiful source of information on water conservation, native plants, and native/seasonal wildlife. The venue hosts live shows, art galleries, and there's a small retail store.”

“I have been there before while working . Usually I avoid talking about personal beliefs at work , but because I have been interested In Buddhism since I read Siddartha as a kid and had a Thai fiancé at the time I asked if we could come here so she could feel more at home , the response I got was more than welcoming. I think Many people here have "Jai Di Maak Maak" , unfortunately never made it back , but plan on it soon.”
“This place is very polite and friendly. It has artist studios and a gallery, all of which are in one building. I am a caregiver and was looking for something I could do with a client with dementia. So we went to the Santa Rosa Art Center. We were greeted by a friendly staff who did not mind repetitive questions. They were patient as they guided us through the gallery and even took us to see the studios. The people of this community went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.”

“My sister. who is severely handicapped, has gone to BI since its inception over 40 years ago. She loves going there and if anyone is not good to her she would let me know. It makes her heart sing. She looks forward to going back when in-person services are available. I emphasize with the parents who have written the other reviews who feel that that their children are not getting what they would hope post their school system experience. As a former high-up school system administrator, please understand the BI gets about 25% of the revenue to serve you child that the schools receive. BI's employees don't have the salary, benefits, retirement system of the schools so BI cannot retain them in the same way. This is not to say that you should not want your child to flourish as an adult. But there is only so much BI can be expected to do under the circumstances. I think that BI is fundamentally a good organization and hope that you, like me, will donate to it. It is the best option available that I know of in the market it serves.”
“I was running out of time for getting my taxes done. For financial reasons I could not go to my usual tax preparer. I called 211 and made an appointment with United Way of the Wine Country to have them done at no charge. I was not the only one. Several people were getting them done by volunteers. These people are very caring and knowledgeable. The preparer helping me took his time and explained everything as he went along. When he was done he had a designated expert go over everything he did for accuracy. I was very happy with the result. My refund was much higher than I expected it would be. I plan on returning next year.”

“The best crab feed in the US!!! I've had this event on my bucket list and I finally had an opportunity to attend. It did not disappoint. The event starts in the hall of flowers with 2 hours of food, wine and beer tasting along with a silent auction and live music. Next comes the main event...the amazing crab feed dinner. I would recommend reserving a table of 10 as it is a fantastic experience. It may be a bit pricey but well worth the splurge. I am already looking forward to next year's event.”
“Everyone has to realize the women working here- are volunteering their time and energy to be there. They are not getting paid. The proceed go to scholarship funds. The store has some cute items, but just like any thrift store, you'll have to browse for everything. It smells a like old dusty times & clothes because (gasp!) they are! Everything has been donated. The workers aren't going to go and wash the clothes again. So let's please show these hardworking volunteers some grace. The volunteers are all very sweet and cute. They are friendly and try their best to help. The store has been reorganized and separated to clothing, household goods, etc. Whenever I'm in town, I like to browse and usually find something good.”
“Awesome, signed up for getting mail sent there instead of motel I live in. They have washers and dryers, showers, ect. Just have to sign up and in when you get there.”
“I've yet to pick up my four legged partner.
But this has been a nice take, since looking for my new partner.
My older Girl,(rhodesian ridgeback) passed away from a front leg issue.
I kept hoping for the best. But my girl slipped into the hereafter.
I'm still heartbroken over losing my girl.
But, there's still time to enjoy a new pal.
I can't wait to meet my partner!”
