“This place got me to come in based off their amazing reviews. I thought I would talk about my own experience. I have never taken my laptop anywhere but my auntie has taken her laptops many places locally over the years with various pricing and experiencs. With this knowledge, I decided to judge based on reviews.
I called and asked for a quote to get it looked at, they said they do charge for diagnostics but if you choose to use their services to repair found problem(s), the money that you paid for the diagnostic gets applied to whatever the cost to repair it would be. So you are not paying a diagnostic and then another fee of whatever it would cost. The diagnostic goes towards the repair fee. Super cool!! They were fair. They explained things without attitude, they did not make me feel stupid. They used words I could understand, they explained why certain things would cost more money to do it this way or that way; the pros and cons. They were able to give me ballpark pricing after I brought it in and explained lossly what I thought was wrong and this was before diagnostics and then called me with proper pricing after diagnosis. They had it a total of two weeks because they did have to order some parts and wait for them. But they had great, transparent communication, and pricing, and I will in fact be using them for all my repair needs. I'm so happy to have my gaming laptop back! Also, they were good at asking me what I mainly use my laptop for and what performances were priority to me.
Just a 10/10 experience or in this case, Five stars! P.S. I think I delt with three different people total give or take one as most talking was over the phone and all their staff had great customer service.”

“Hey jocks, be kind to the nerds at Best Buy! Came in just before closing time to look for a long micro-USB cable - which I was expecting to either be outrageously expensive or obsolete. It sure took me a long time in 1 section, but I struggled to find it in a second section. However in that second section, a major nerd was enthusiastic about educating my port terminology and helped me find the size I needed of what I wrongly thought was called a USBA. That what I now correctly call a long micro-USB had a good price too. The guy was so nerdy that it was funny. Thank You Nerd!”
