NSM Santa Rosa is chronically understaffed, overworked, and overwhelmed. The staff are good but they are dealing with an intolerable situation.

Sold me a seat cushion that broke and gave my daughter a pressure sore. Took months for them to order and receive a replacement. When the replacement arrived they never notified me. Then tell me it was gonna take a month for a technician to come and deliver the seat. Disorganized and understaffed.

Today was the first time I was assigned this company and I can say without a doubt they are a cut above the competition. My driver Logan was prompt and went out of his way to bring me back to the facility where I am staying in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company.
