“Love this store for gifts. Immediately upon entering Jesse asked if I need help finding anything. I came in to pick up a board book for my nephew's first birthday. I decided on Steam Train, Dream Train for a bargain price. Jesse checked me out and even wrapped the book. We had a lovely conversation about children. This store is beautifully decorated and has more than just books. I highly recommend you visit when in the area or specifically when looking for a gift.”

“Service is service. Sales is sales. While we had a minor check out issue that was resolved quickly I saw above and beyond by Beatrice. I had to look at her name tag as she passed me because what I saw her do made me wonder what Costco is teaching people. Few would walk across a parking lot with a customer in need just to make sure they were okay with a heavy load. Sound silly? It's 2023. When is the last time someone outside of a restaurant made an impression. They could improve the pre scan at checkout by counting the items before they scan them though. Just sayin'...”
