My otolaryngologist gave me a trial box with one packet; it had a three dollar off what I thought was a coupon. No you have to send for a rebate! What a sham! Shame on you for this deceptive practice. I will use an off brand product since $10.49 is too expensive for just some salt packets.

I not only enjoy their nasal saline rinses and bottles (plus the cute little stand), I also thought the web store and online shopping process was very simple and easy to navigate.

The SinuFrin Plus 30mL is a very good product. I am disappointed that the spray is more of a jet as opposed to a wide spray like the other sinus sprays that I have purchased from NeilMed. If your order is large enough there is free shipping.
