“My experience with Extra Space Storage at the 4495 Streamside Dr., Santa Rosa, CA location was the best I’ve ever had with any storage facility. The facility is kept in pristine condition and I always felt safe going there by myself. Customer service is top notch. Adam and Robbie were a great help to me and gave me options when it came to moving out. Only reason I moved out of the storage facility is because I was moving out of state otherwise I would have continued using them. Great place!”

“Dilbert was super professional through the entire experience. He went out of his way to make an accommodation for me on the booking. He and his team were on time, very friendly and took great care with my belongings during the move. I have an incredibly heavy, unwieldly, and expensive bed, which they were able to handle no problem despite the long driveway and stairs up the front porch. I would highly recommend Dilbert and his team for all your moving needs!”

“I just want to thank the manager Setha, he has made the whole experience and process a breeze! He explained everything in detail, even gave me a ride on the golf cart and showed me an inside unit when I was unsure to get one inside or outside. I also needed a bigger unit last minute and assumed it would’ve been more difficult than he made it. Overall he was very pleasant to deal with and Very accommodating and understanding.. the hours are great and its location it’s very convenient for my needs. Carole was super friendly and comprehensive about my situation, she recommended me to look on their website for any deals (@ Hopper Ave.). I saved about $100 if not more! By reserving the unit online. Truly appreciate it! Alexa and Carole have the best customer service.Like said by many in the reviews, having a chat with Carole is the best. “Cindy helped me tremendously in figuring out the process of closing out one of my storages and the time frame to consolidate so I wasn't billed unnecessarily. She was very professional, had a good knowledge base, and was very pleasant to work with. The units are well secured, easily accessible for customers, impossible for those who are not supposed to be there. I felt very safe with storing my belongings there. Because of that I would definitely feel comfortable opening another unit there in the future, especially because Cindy made doing business with Public Storage on Santa Rosa Avenue a complete pleasure. Tana movers was very professional, The strong as heck staff moved my 1000lb (no exaggeration) 140 year old piano from the second floor of an equally old victorian to the ground, off to temporary storage did so with so much consideration, respect and care, it was an emotional experience for me, but they had it *completely* handled. I will be calling them again when i need it moved to my new place.... hopefully a single level!!!”

“I've rented a drive up 10 x 20 at Larkfield Self Storage since November 2021 and I recently rented a second unit -- a 10 x 10. I could not be happier with this facility. I have a lot of experience with long term multi-year storage units -- this is my 5th one. Unlike many of my previous ones this property is well maintained, and the gate always opens when I enter my code. I especially like that they have a portable toilet that renters can use, and it is carefully maintained as well. I've been happy with the friendly service.”

“I have been using this storage facility for almost 2 years now and it is fantastic. We have had no issues at any point and the price hasn't changed during this entire time, which is amazing because they were by far the cheapest option we could find at the time. It's very clean, and I love that the smaller units are inside a building, so we haven't had any issues with vermin, etc. The lady who works at the front counter has always been very friendly and accommodating as well. I love her dogs! We are looking to get a larger unit in the near future (we currently have a 5x5), and I will update this review after that experience, but honestly, I have recommended this place to two coworkers and they love it, so I have a feeling it will be a good experience.”

“The owner recently passed away. I do not think it was from the Covid 19 virus that killed him. I believe that he was just old. I know some of the family members who have been helping run "The Patrick Center" for many years now & who were close to the owner. They have been renting & living on one of the owner's properties in the local area, for quite some time now. I was told that they will have to move because the property with the house that rhey have bern living in, will be sold by the heir to which it was left to. I just wanted to give my condolences, to any & all of the family member who may read this review. My ex stores at least one vehicle here currently & Ive been on the premises a couple of times. The property is clean & tidy & the service is friendly.”

“I am no longer renting a storage unit here but when I did rent a storage unit here they were very good and treated me really well and it wasn't overpriced. Now the reason I don't have a storage unit here anymore isn't because of anything bad in particular, it's just that finally after living in my apartment complex for 2 years now I've been granted a storage unit at the apartment complex itself which is a low income apartment complex I'm living at and the rent on the storage unit at my apartment is only $100 per month which is a huge saver and it's a bigger unit and I can conveniently just walk a little bit down the parking lot from my apartment to go to my storage unit to get stuff instead of having to go down the street.It wasn't a huge inconvenience when I still had my car, but since I'm without a car and my license is suspended until November it would be too inconvenient to walk to this one so the one that's at my apartments is definitely the best.”
