“Aladdin Moving, Delbert's entire team, is wonderful.
For an in-town move of roughly a 24' box truck's worth of stuff they were the lowest bidder. Also the most polite and easiest to deal with.
This is a somewhat rough 'n' tumble outfit, but in appearance only. They don't have matching company shirts and hats. What they do have is much more important.
The move was a bit tricky and required some precise scheduling. Delbert was unflappable. Whatever I needed got worked out so that it could happen efficiently. Move the grand piano first into my personal van, no problem. Load big stuff last. Meet me at 10:15. Whatever it was, it got done with a smile.
The truckload of stuff was mostly boxes, not all of them well-packed and certainly not uniform. No matter. Everything was handled quickly but with real care. I was able to guide final placing of things into a large rented storage space as much as I wanted without causing any consternation whatsoever.
This isn't a move that I'll do again, and I'm not normally in Santa Rosa. But if I ever need a mover in this area again, the only call I'll place is to Aladdin.

“I made a reservation and it was with Mika. She was so very kind. She explained everything to me what the prices were what I needed. It’s a month-to-month how much time I would have to give in case we needed to leave. My mom is 82 years old, she gave us a lower one so my mom didn’t have to walk up all these stairs. She made sure I got everything. I understood everything answered every question I had she was fantastic and she told me if I needed anything else or had more questions to please give her a call. I wish more people were like her.”

“We stored or travel trailer here in 2020 for a couple of years without any problems. We are now storing our boat here. Easy to get a spot. The manager takes her time and walks you around the property to allow you choose a spot you like. We like that we can access it 24/7 and it’s gated with a passcode.”

“The owner recently passed away. I do not think it was from the Covid 19 virus that killed him. I believe that he was just old. I know some of the family members who have been helping run "The Patrick Center" for many years now & who were close to the owner. They have been renting & living on one of the owner's properties in the local area, for quite some time now. I was told that they will have to move because the property with the house that rhey have bern living in, will be sold by the heir to which it was left to. I just wanted to give my condolences, to any & all of the family member who may read this review. My ex stores at least one vehicle here currently & Ive been on the premises a couple of times. The property is clean & tidy & the service is friendly.”
