“I am no longer renting a storage unit here but when I did rent a storage unit here they were very good and treated me really well and it wasn't overpriced. Now the reason I don't have a storage unit here anymore isn't because of anything bad in particular, it's just that finally after living in my apartment complex for 2 years now I've been granted a storage unit at the apartment complex itself which is a low income apartment complex I'm living at and the rent on the storage unit at my apartment is only $100 per month which is a huge saver and it's a bigger unit and I can conveniently just walk a little bit down the parking lot from my apartment to go to my storage unit to get stuff instead of having to go down the street.It wasn't a huge inconvenience when I still had my car, but since I'm without a car and my license is suspended until November it would be too inconvenient to walk to this one so the one that's at my apartments is definitely the best.”

“I had a unique situation on needing to get into one of my two storage units in a building which had no access due to a 3-day long power outage due to inclement weather. I desperately needed to drop of a large amount of storage which was time-sensitive. Associate/Manager Linda quickly set me up with a short-term (2-3 months) rental with an available outdoor access 10'x10' room. I appreciate that StoragePro just happened to be running a 2-months half price promotion. I was very satisfied with Linda's diligence and care in making all of this happen with no computers working due to the power outage. I've been a satisfied customer since April 2022. “This is long overdue, but I wanted to leave a comment about our experience with Santa Rosa Moving and Storage. They moved our 3 bedroom household goods from Santa Rosa to Southern California at the end of March. They were courteous, professional and communicative. I had a nightmare experience when I moved to Santa Rosa years ago and was very worried about this move. If I knew now what a great experience it would be, I would not have worried. From the very beginning Kim walked our house, gave us a great, competitive estimate and was very communicative. We knew exactly when to expect pick up and delivery. Both moving crews at both houses were friendly, efficient and knew how to pack goods and move them safely. I had NO breakage - and I moved alot of fragile goods. Moving is chaotic, but Santa Rosa Moving and Storage made it so much easier. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a moving company.”

He and his team were on time, very friendly and took great care with my belongings during the move. I have an incredibly heavy, unwieldly, and expensive bed, which they were able to handle no problem despite the long driveway and stairs up the front porch. He explained everything in detail, even gave me a ride on the golf cart and showed me an inside unit when I was unsure to get one inside or outside. “Cindy helped me tremendously in figuring out the process of closing out one of my storages and the time frame to consolidate so I wasn't billed unnecessarily. She was very professional, had a good knowledge base, and was very pleasant to work with. Tana movers was very professional, The strong as heck staff moved my 1000lb (no exaggeration) 140 year old piano from the second floor of an equally old victorian to the ground, off to temporary storage did so with so much consideration, respect and care, it was an emotional experience for me, but they had it *completely* handled. I will be calling them again when i need it moved to my new place.... hopefully a single level!!!”

“I've rented a drive up 10 x 20 at Larkfield Self Storage since November 2021 and I recently rented a second unit -- a 10 x 10. I could not be happier with this facility. I have a lot of experience with long term multi-year storage units -- this is my 5th one. Unlike many of my previous ones this property is well maintained, and the gate always opens when I enter my code. I especially like that they have a portable toilet that renters can use, and it is carefully maintained as well. I've been happy with the friendly service.”
