“We rented this place for the first time after using nearby storage competitors. This facility offers a restroom and competitive rates and promotions. Linda at the front office is the best and even complimented our staff that went in and out daily during our short 2 month rental! Definitely using again next winter season.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent experience at AC Self Storage! Linda was fantastic from the moment I walked in. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process incredibly easy. She gave me a thorough tour, helped me get set up with my access code, and answered every question before I even had to ask. It's rare to find customer service this good these days. Linda truly goes above and beyond and is a great reflection of what AC Self Storage stands for. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage. Thanks again, Linda!”

“Aladdin Moving, Delbert's entire team, is wonderful. For an in-town move of roughly a 24' box truck's worth of stuff they were the lowest bidder. Also the most polite and easiest to deal with. This is a somewhat rough 'n' tumble outfit, but in appearance only. They don't have matching company shirts and hats. What they do have is much more important. The move was a bit tricky and required some precise scheduling. Delbert was unflappable. Whatever I needed got worked out so that it could happen efficiently. Move the grand piano first into my personal van, no problem. Load big stuff last. Meet me at 10:15. Whatever it was, it got done with a smile. The truckload of stuff was mostly boxes, not all of them well-packed and certainly not uniform. No matter. Everything was handled quickly but with real care. I was able to guide final placing of things into a large rented storage space as much as I wanted without causing any consternation whatsoever. This isn't a move that I'll do again, and I'm not normally in Santa Rosa. But if I ever need a mover in this area again, the only call I'll place is to Aladdin. Henry Watts”

“The Cotati PODS team provided the service I needed. Manager Tim was very responsive and made sure my POD was delivered on time and placed on the street. I do wish the drop off driver had communicated in a more professional and courteous way. He didn't check that it was the right pod, he tried to say he couldn't drop it off on the street due to (unneeded) permit restrictions and drove off without checking anything with me. The driver who picked up the empty POD didn't communicate with me but it was picked up on time without incident.”

“I made a reservation and it was with Mika. She was so very kind. She explained everything to me what the prices were what I needed. It’s a month-to-month how much time I would have to give in case we needed to leave. My mom is 82 years old, she gave us a lower one so my mom didn’t have to walk up all these stairs. She made sure I got everything. I understood everything answered every question I had she was fantastic and she told me if I needed anything else or had more questions to please give her a call. I wish more people were like her.”
