Facility is clean and employees helpful. Very disappointed in the ending of the buy 10 wash cards. The employee advised that they are switching to a monthly subscription. We don't live locally, so a monthly subscription is not cost-effective, as we don't travel to town on a regular basis.

The employees are great, but the car wash is terrible! I always have soap dripping off of my car and the last 2zs it has scratched my car. They need to fix the machine. I won't be back
Splash Express is the world's tallest car wash and it's in Santa Rosa. We have opened this second location to better serve our customers. Safe, Clean, Shiny and Dry is the best way to describe us.
