Critical medication was scheduled to arrive yesterday. Nothing. Nothing yet today. No explanation. No update. Website says open 24 hours, however recorded message says call back on Monday. I have no idea where my medicine is.

Absolutely terrible service. Exceptionally poor at logistics. Will not call when they say they would. Consistently bring items back to yard and leverage for additional fees.
