Live scan service person was snippy and rude to me and others when I went in today, to the point the other customers and I were looking at each-other wondering what we did to be spoken to in this fashion. Another woman left along with me in lieu of giving our business to this location.

I needed to do a slightly complicated shipment of documents. The younger staff member was a bit confused, but a more senior staff woman intervened and knew exactly how to handle it. She was great! Excellent service!
