  Going to the post office is not always a preferred task, but Ellen and her team at this location make it easy. They are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and patient. No one likes to wait a long time, but sometimes we just have to. Please be kind to them.

  The Asian man and woman with brown bangs are are very helpful. But the other woman is short with patience and not very going to go out of her way to help you

  My favorite post office in Santa Rosa. They always have customer oriented friendly service. Usually in and out pretty quick. Small local Post office, closed on weekends.
