“10/10 Experience at Rabbit Hole Post. We needed a styrofoam case and shipping box to transport wine bottles home on the airplane, and the man in the shop couldn’t have been more helpful. He had multiple sized cases in stock, prices were extremely reasonable, and he even offered to tape the case up for us if we swung back by before heading to the airport. They can also arrange ground shipping through UPS, FedEx, etc if you are wanting to avoid the checked bag cost. He also gave a killer recommendation for a local liquor store with a massive selection of great priced wines to help us finish our case. We will be returning anytime we are back in the area and need shipping cases for the bottles we purchase. Thank you!!!”

“This UPS store has very knowledgeable staff, especially the lead person. Especially when it comes to international shipping, it's gotten very tricky and the staff at this store seems to know how to avoid problems and work with the new conditions so your stuff will get through customs and to the destination. I've used their other services, but this time I learned that their depth of experience with complicated mailings makes a real difference.”

Unless you use the winery to ship your wine, not every shipping store has the license. Took us a few phone calls to find SRCP.”

Yogita is incredibly patient and has a good source of knowledge regarding any questions you might have related to shipping etc. She is always really friendly as well. Like most shipping places, it can get expensive to ship things but it is pretty comparable to most companies. My go-to spot for returns.”
“Everyone who works there is super friendly and helpful even when I mix up where I'm supposed to be taking my Amazon returns. The staff is always patient and happy to assist in figuring out how to solve my mistake, It appears to be community oriented owner that sets the cutlrure of the store. Some time back I was in the parking lot outside the store trying to figure out how to deal with my lisence plate that was hanging off my car, holding on by only one screw. The owner was walking by and asked if I needed a hand. She went into her UPS store and got one of the emplioyees to go into the back and get the right tools to add another screw and affix my lisence plate back on so I could drive home. It became clear to me her helpfulness and desire to take care of her community was instilled in everyone she hires. Its hard to find this type of community care and commitment in stores that are typically transactional experiences.”

They helped me package everything to Minnesota in a huge box and assisted me tremendously from making copies and certifying and mailing very important documents that I had to turn in time sensitive and gave me the best price on the products. They truly know their product knowledge & are so professional while maintaining the most friendliest of personalities. I will not go to any other UPS store but this store. I left with peace of mind that I had sent my important documents safely and well processed by these two great employees. Thank you so much!”

We also never hade any issues getting our packages shipped there and bring able to match names to me or my spouses packages if the other needs to pick it up. It’s the small things that add up!!!”
“The sraff service was excellent, thorough, and friendly. Didn't have to wait in line. However, the choice and quantity of shipping products(boxes, tape, bubble wrap, etc.), were greatly lacking. Empty shelves, racks, and hooks everywhere. I can't say for sure, but unfortunately, it looks like they're going to close down this location soon.”

She showed so much empathy after seeing how depressed I was, and she asked for my number, and then did a deep search to find our mail. She then texted me to let me know she found it and that I could come back to pick it up. She not only made my day, she made my week, and possibly saved my job!
